Always have the best deals around. Went in and Anahi was very helpful, she quickly located what I went in for originally. But she had great recommendations on other products. I purchased those too, and glad she had mentioned those. She was very knowledgeable on the benefits of products.

Irvin, the store manager, is amazing, I purchased an item; unfortunately, my body didn’t like the product. They have a 30 day return policy. Even though it’s past that date, ( 4 days) Irvin still supported me with returning the product!! Treated me very well and I never once felt like I was a bother. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I really like coming to this place whenever I need something for a workout or some very professional advice on what products would best suit my needs. The staff here are very kind, attentive, and take the effort to remember who you are as well as what you are trying to accomplish with your health. Overall a very wonderful location if you are in need of anything related to health or exercise.

One of the men specifically who works here, I believe his name is Erwin (I am deaf and most definitely miss heard😂) is my usual cashier and he has been nothing but helpful and professional. Always has recommended fantastic products and will keep my business at this location.

I usually always come here because of how kind and helpful everyone is and of course the great products, but today was even better because this nice young man named Irving (if I remember correctly) helped me and made sure I was taken care of the second I stepped in the store, he was very friendly and answered every question I had which was extremely helpful, great customer service for sure!

Today I was very surprised, I really wanted to try a new regimen to my diet and I would have had to go back home and come back with the right amount because I was short a few dollars but the manager gave me a first time discount and I got my products. I am very pleased with customer service and I hope the product works as well.

Always find what I'm looking for. Been going here before they came to Illinois. One thing I love to see...is magnifying glasses in all the aisles. It is so difficult to read some of the labels even while wearing glasses. The labels have so much info...different languages..etc. If I cant read it..then I most likely wont buy it.. so please..magnifying glasses in all aisles.

Been shopping here for about 2 months now and all I can say is I have the best experiences here. Every single time I go there, the staff is happy to help, but they aren't too pushy and they don't suggest horrible products like some other big name supplement shops nearby. Apart from there amazing staff, they have a very large selection of different supplements in all the categories you could think of, as well as the categories you didn't know existed. They are well trained in knowing where everything is and what products work better than others. It isn't often that a worker would suggest a lower priced item over the other choice, because it "works better", so this showed me the level of honesty they had in their products as opposed to just trying to make a quick sale. I refuse to shop at the other supplement store after what I've seen in here. 10/10
