Lived right by Valero my whole life, kinda sad to see it changed to circle k now. grew up on the gas station food and coffee and still do. although the snacks be kinda pricey doe

Since they change to circle K the people working there now are rude. They guys that works there locks the door all the time , bad service ☹

Stores way too busy, and in a bad area. There's a lot of trashy people around, and they're rude.

Definitely not a good Circle K location. I have a Sip and Save membership that allows for any fountain drink, coffee, frosty, etc one time a day… except at this location. For some reason they don’t allow you to get XL drinks. You also have to ask for ice… I’m glad this isn’t where I would normally go. We actually left 3 XL drinks sitting on the counter because they wouldn’t honor our sip and save memberships. Don’t go here!!!!

I have been coming here for years and never had any problem with the staff. They all know me by my face. I sometimes pay before getting a Polar Pop, that’s how much trust we have. But the experience today with TY C was horrible. He charged me more even after presenting the coupon upon entering. After charging me more, he refused to do anything and started yelling at me, embarrassing me in-front of other clients. Well then I showed him his value by yelling even louder.
I was just checking my credit card transactions and I spend about $450 each month on Gas and other items at this particular location.

Message to the owner, I know you hired Ty for cheap but trust me, he is doing more harm and good. The other staff members especially that black lady who always welcome their clients are all awesome. Fire Ty C so your business don’t hurt no more.

Website has $2.99 two hotdogs and a drink, inside the store they have 2 different deals $3.00 per 2hotdogs and $3.50 per 2hotdogs, I ask the manager if the $3.00 deal still good he said yes just to ended up charging me$3.50, I don't mind paying the price but please take down your old deals please

I am at the Circle K at Wilcrest dr and Standcliff Rd in Houston, TX 77099 around 6:30pm on Saturday 2/2/2019. I see the advertisement for king size candy being 2/$3.50. I get to the counter and he tells me I can't mix and match. The sign doesn't specify that. When I said that he told me with a very rude tone that it doesn't say I can mix and match. Sign clearly says ALL. Signs either need to be fixed or register system needs to be updated. Plus, the customer service needs to be fixed!!! This makes me not want to come here anymore.
Update: A representative called me from their corporate office and told me that I was correct, that I could mix and match. So, after all that rudeness, I was correct. They really need to train their employees about their promotions. I will not be back to this location. There is one literally about a half mile up the road with a much nicer facility and location.

So sad, when I went back in ,the cashier said i can’t do anything.

Simone need to FIRE the old man (Night shift) he is never around . Always doing something at the back and has hearing issues. I leave just next doors and you have to wait at least 30 mins . If you don’t believe me come try it out ! Something needs to be done.

Very bad!!! The dude in night never ever opens up the door , I’m grown up here , coming here since 2006 . I never seen a guy like him ... it’s 4 am and he is sleeping inside !!!

I share sentiment with the review by Emad. That same vehicle I saw owned by the same employee. 5 people came around 10:40pm to get gas/supplies and the door was locked! Hours say 24 hours yet he locked the door and we couldn't find him for 10 minutes. Suddenly he appears and opens the window drawer BARELY. I ask are you not open? His response, "only through the window." All of us frustrated we had to pay for gas/items through the window. He got the items, but if this is his way of doing less he's actually working harder. If the door locks early then your hours need to represent that!
