CONs: Upfront parking is very limited. It's an Asian market, seafood smells.

Never fails, I will find what I need here and thensome.
BONUS! I bought a 6x9 straw mat, $45, for my large patio. Online findings were going for $200+.

This place is a hidden gem! They had so much wonderful produce and fresh herbs at great prices. They also had a good selection of kitchen utensils and equipment. The staff was friendly and the store was clean and did not smell like fish or anything unpleasant unlike the store diagonally across the intersection from it. This place will be my go to from now on.

Such a great place to shop! Friendly people and they always greet you when you come in. They have everything we need when we shop and their location is super convenient. They habe hot foods ready in the morning and a place they make boba. Stop by and visit the store when you can! Its definitely worth it. 💜

Great place to find your Vietnamese ingredients. I love their hot food too. I get their banh bao steamed buns all of the time. They have so many Vietnamese treats to try. Ive been shopping there for about 10+ years but I don't think they know it and I'm not Vietnamese. You gotta try them. I highly recommend it.

This is my go-to market when I'm low on Asian ingredients and foods because they have a wide variety of items and are well stocked. They have ready-to-eat foods, baked goods and desserts; A large variety of meats; A large variety of produce; A large variety of Southest Asian ingredients/items, and more. Plus, the ladies working the cashiers up front are sweet! I especially enjoy the fresh produce. However, just a heads up that you risk visiting when the produce/fruits are at the end of their shelf life. I do wish they would swap out the old with the new sooner, BUT overall, still a great place to shop.

Good selection of various Asian cuisines also has fresh meat counter and a refrigerator of fresh produce. Also sells an assortment of dry goods.

My husband and I have been going to them since before they moved from the corner of city market. I love everything there. The roasted duck is so good. They have all kinds of stuff to snack on. Ands the MAMA noodles are still a favorite since we were younger. And our kids love everything in there to.

Awesome mom & pop Asian grocery store that i have been visiting for 25 years. They have everything. Produce is amazing & my boys love their Vietnamese baguettes.

Always love coming to this store and shopping. I learn something new on nearly every visit. Excellent selection and expert help when you need it. I wish I knew what all the interesting produce is, and how to prepare it. There is an abundance and it's all so very fresh.

The staff here is so awesome....they answered every question I had, and recommended some great fun snacks for my kiddo. In one of the lil corners, they have a bunch of really nice dishes, teacups, and teapots for crazy inexpensive prices. You can find some super unique gifts here.
Also, the selection (and price!) of teas is unbelievable!! We come here once a week to stock up, and to buy loaves of French bread for banh mi. Love love LOVE this place!

Great hidden gem of Kansas City. Friendly staff and very helpful as well! They have a great selection of rice, instant ramen, and various other Asian goods. I highly recommend visiting if you have never been.

The freshest noodles, herbs and vegetables around. We love this market.

Even though I have criticisms, I still love this place. It's cramped, but that's only because they have such a huge variety of products to stuff into a small place. A lot of things don't have English translations, but that's more of a "me" problem, for going into an Asian market while only knowing English. A lot of the vegetables-of which they have an amazing variety-arent labeled at all. But the cashiers are very helpful, and willing to explain things I don't understand. All in all, I like this market, and they have things I can't get elsewhere, including long beans an whole ducks.

I always come here for asian ingredients which they ALWAYS have. Everything is always in stock and cashier (same lady each time I go) is very nice! One time she gave us a free calendar for being regular customers which I thought was very appreciative and made me feel noticed and welcome.

Very friendly staff and large variety of asian grocery items. Good variety of fresh produce, large jasmine brown rice (25/50lb, also in smaller quantities). They have BBQ duck and pig in the back, highly recommend. Unique meat cuts like pork belly (can you say bacon 🥓 !)

I love going go this market for my Asian groceries. They have such a large selction and some things that you can't find anywhere else in the Kansas City area. I love being able to buy foods that my mom used to buy at the Asian markets back home in California. Oh, and the ladies at the register are so friendly and helpful!
