Office Depot

I utilized the Independence, MO Office Depot in attempt to make copies/scans of construction plans from a commercial building that was built in 1975. The plans were not in great shape. Billy was the employee who worked on my order. He worked on it for a few minutes then indicated that he would like to keep them for a day or two in order to not be rushed and not damage the plans any further. Billy called the next day, he had them scanned and printed perfectly with no further damage. This was a tough job and I appreciate Billy's great effort to provide the best service possible.

Staff was very friendly & accommodating. I was able to find what I needed & was out of the store within 10 minutes. Prices were reasonable & quality was great.

I needed some shipping placards printed and I came here. Several people got involved and I was presented with the best cheapest pre printed shipping labels ever. The whole staff was helpful, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend this location.

Billy is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, quick and accurate. Office Depot printing services saved me tons of time. Sandy and Yolo are great ladies and treat me nicely and help me each time.

I love that my Office Depot is so close to my home. Getting to it is easy from 39th Street or Noland, right off 70. The parking lot is huge, which is awesome. They have what I need and I can get in and pick it up quick and get on with my day. They are helpful in locating things (air duster), that I don't always need. So helpful.

I just want to say a special thank you to Mike and Dalton! This trip was a business emergency--Mike pretty much saved my job by finding the product that I needed and Dalton saved me money on that product with a Competitor Price Match! Neither one of them had to do what they did--going above and beyond just friendly customer service--and I cannot thank them enough!

Lauren was very gracious and assisted me with a complicated printing project that I needed her assistance with.

Gabby was awesome! She was very helpful and down to earth, she even let me see my document after making a suggestion on a format which ended up being the better choice for me!
