Chris, Jeremiah, Josh and the rest of the crew do a great job of taking care of customers' issues; sales and service. Dealing with them for years I feel like they are friends I can depend on to help me with all my mower, weed eater, chain saw, and golf cart needs. My wife and I garden on 3 acres so we need fast, dependable service and Lounderback's answer the call. They have even made "house calls" when they could fix the problem that way. Over the winter they offer a special deal for getting your equipment serviced with discounts on the usual prices. They give priority to customers who have purchased their equipment which is top quality. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Was having a issue with my Ferris because I had ran into some bad gas from somewhere. I kept putting it off and off to fix it. One minute it would run good then next it wouldn’t. So I finally took it to be looked at and then serviced.

So far I'm really impressed! Chris and his team are excellent, though they are an hour from where I live, I'll go nowhere else for my lawn care needs! I just bought a Ferris full suspension zero turn from them. Now I cut my three acres of grass in an hour and twenty minutes, compared to three hours before. Unbelievable!! Buy a Ferris!
