FedEx Ship Center

We went to the store on Production Ave in Madison and asked the ladies working if by chance they could find an envelope for us today, a Saturday instead of waiting for Monday delivery. They took the time to search through at least 4-5 bins and found it for us. They made our day and went above and beyond!

The FedEx drop off office staff were very helpful with my shipping docs and labeling. I was very satisfied with their service and willingness to help. Great job y'all.

This is my review for this specific FedEx shipping center, not for FedEx as a company in general (like most reviews here): Fast service, friendly personnel, well stocked with boxes of different sizes, envelopes, and anything else that could be needed to make a shipment.

People here as very nice and provide efficient and quick service.

Fast, friendly service coupled with great product shipping ...

My experience was great. I received a tracking notice and went online to request my package be held for pickup versus home delivery. I was able to select this location. I received another email the morning my package was on-site and ready for pickup. I walked right in, showed my ID, and was given my package. Super easy and super efficient. The employee was friendly and courteous.

Requested for my package (valued over $2,000 and required a signature) to be held at this location, even called to confirm that my instructions were received a day prior to delivery. However, the day of delivery I get a notification saying the item was on the truck for delivery. I received a call from the folks in Madison who helped me resolve the issues I had when using the national customer service number. They told me I could meet the driver nearby to pick up my package. If you can get ahold of the local office they will do everything they can to help you out!

My experiences with this FedEx location have always been pleasant and successful. The staff has always been polite and have went out of their way to assist w/ shipping and finding any lost packages. FYI: Since Covid-19 they have posted new hours for pickup for FedEx Ground.

Helpful & Quick are the immediate relative description for this servuce center. The young lady was knowledgeable & friendly. The center is out in the "boonies" amongst other production warehouses; however the weekend hours and cleanliness of the center makes the trip worth it! There's a drop box and free flat cart to use to unload your vehicle as well.

This was my first time visiting this center. Very Courteous and made me feel at ease sending my package. Did not rush me and offered various options. Love it!💛

Good customer service.

Took the best care of my package that a delivery service has done. Retaped it because the tape the seller put on it was bad, and took the time to wrap it, and put it away out of the weather when delivered. The best service and why I keep preferring FedEx when there's a choice.

I had a great experience at this Fed ex. The employees were super kind and helpful. They gave me a way better price than UPS did. ($31 vs $196). Will definitely choose this over UPS in the future.

Walked into waiting area...was greeted immediately. Taylor was the rep on duty, and she handled my shipping swiftly and pleasantly.

They were very helpful. I was having a great deal of difficulty getting a package picked up. They went out of their way to make sure I got it!

Their employees stayed 15min after they closed so I could drop by and pick up my package after work that night.
