Thomas R. was extremely helpful today. I've never met a sales / counter person so friendly & eager to help! He resolved every single issue & went above and beyond! I'm so thankful I went in at this time because I'm usually frustrated & walk out. Everyone needs more Thomas' at their company.

They were very helpful in the store help me out with my bill correct at my service and we're all around polite

Tom was super helpful and patient even though the store had two other customers waiting. After going to the location on Grant Ave and them telling us they weren't able to fix the problem, Tom took the time to listen to the details of the problem and was able to troubleshoot the error within minutes of fixing the issue. This location will always get our business in the future as long as Tom is working there.

Tom is the best! He is more knowledgeable and helpful than any staff member at any other store I've ever been to.

Traeger(sorry if I spelled it wrong dude) is a really good guy and everyone in there has the same great attitude of taking care of the customer. It's for that reason that I only go to the location for any of my cellular needs and I come out happy everytime.

Great shop! I prefer this Metro location over any of the others around Philly, bc they are friendly, helpful, and will go the extra mile to get you the best deal they can. I visited two other local Metros and they both were upcharging $20 more for the same phone/plan. Luckily I checked one more store which was this one and they informed me that those other stores were overcharging without the company's knowledge!

This store is great they always take great care of our issues.Also they find ways to save us money on our bill and items.Thanks

This place is great the owner is a nice guy if he sells u something and it is not working he will fix it or replace it i live in bensalem and go out of my way to pay my bill here that should say enough. GREAT PLACE WOULD GIVE 100 STARS IF I COULD

It was a very surprising experience the girl in the store was knowledgeable polite extremely helpful I was totally shocked by the experience most metro/ boost Mobile stores are are run by rude worker's who could careless for the customer service

The workers in there this afternoon went above and beyond to help me out. Rihanna was the employee that waited on me and she was excellent. I will only go to that metro PC again.

Wanted to change my phone service. Went to this T mobile store to do that. They were very nice and helped me out alot.
