I shop at the one in pensacola fl & every employee there are excellent. My reason for shopping at this store is the prices, the quality, the customer service & the greatest gift is the employees informing of sales, new arrival & how pleased they are for your visit.

I shop!!! I'm a shopper from Lennox to Simply 10. The sales lady was awesome

Shop here all the time. Small store but inexpensive. You can find great buys here and sometimes brands like Fashion Nova and Forever 21.

I was in the store Thursday morning looking for something for my wife. I believe the store mgr Monica was by herself working. I was in the store about 45 minutes. The store manager Monica was giving amazing customer service, she was taking clothes off the mannequins, getting on the ladder, charging one lady phone so she could turn her card on so she could pay for her merchandise. She also had a long and continued apologizing and saying thank you for being patience. She talked to every customer that came up to the register and that walked in the door. They were asking her did the merchandise match before they bought it and one lady she advised, “pleases give me a moment to get this line down and I will find you another top!” Observing the situation, that top didn't match the bottoms at all. And Monica assisted the line quickly and professionally with a smile! And she did just that and the lady was so pleased with Monica’s recommendations! Before I left, I told her If I ever start up my own business I would love for her to come and work with me and run my store! She makes you want to come in and shop. You can't find exceptional customer service like that. Finding stores with exceptional customer service is very rare but EVERY time I come in to find my wife something Monica is always there to assist me! She is always smiling, willing to assist and multi tasking throughout the store. Excellent management skills that pours over into her staff! This woman is well known in her store and community as she greeted most of the customers by their first or last name! Most people only write bad reviews so I wanted to give Monica her flowers and show her she is well appreciated! And thank you for all you do! I hope she gets recognized and recognition for outstanding customer service and always being consistent!!

Ky, & the staff was very pleasant, they greeted you as you entered the store & was helpful when I asked a question. I had went to Citi Trends before going into Simply 10 they didn’t greet you & when I asked a question the gi looked like I was bothering her like really! I left without making a purchase.

This was my first time at this location and I will be back! Kai was awesome...professional, courteous, service oriented and helpful to the staff as well. This particular Simply 10 was having a Grand Opening, and I found everything I was looking for which was mix matching outfits and even got accessories to match. I love this store! Because it allows me to dress for less but it doesn't look like the clothes are cheap quality as the prices are very economical. I've sent many women to Simply 10 just by complimenting my outfits or dress, and I'll tell them go to Simply 10. Keep up the good work because I will be back.😁

Today was my first time ever shopping here but it wont be my last. They were well stocked and very friendly ladies. Lots of cute outfits and jewelery.

Kai and Monica are the best this is my favorite store I shop here on a regular great customer service along with cleanliness and the walls stay popping as far as what you should wear the outfit is already put together that's if you don't know

I came into the store a few weeks ago and did a return and Kai (Asst mgr) was awesome. She was very professional and helpful.
