This party city location is awesome and it’s my go to! Big ups to Alejandro for amazing service on multiple occasions. I went in for a 17pc birthday balloon order, as well as number balloons. He was on it right away, and I left satisfied. I came back after the numbers had deflated, and as soon as I walked through the door he offered to refill and replace my lost balloon. Great service, and a great establishment. I’m looking at my bunch of balloons right now!

Loved the ability to order online and have free delivery! These birthday balloons made her day :) . The communication from our driver was also fantastic - texted to say she was on her way and confirmed when she arrived. Will definitely order again!

I've been going to party city for a long time, there's just something great about it that I can't avoid, the multiple decorations, the party treats and props, the seasons do not lack here, they prep nearly the entire store for any season,, my favorite is Halloween ofcourse,,, yet I do love coming here anytime and still will.

I thought I signed up for new customer discount. Cashier gave me a discount anyway.

I always have a fun time browsing. Last month I went in for a bunch of birthday supplies for my son and decided to buy him a balloon bouquet for that Friday. I was told it would be free delivery. Well there was a mix up and it didn't get delivered and they called me and it asked for it to be delivered Sunday. There was another mix up. It didn't get delivered. I think the order was misplaced. Obviously very annoying it know. I was going to call but the manager at the store, Adrian called me instead. He was very nice and apologetic and offered to make it right and give me a refund. My son's birthday hadn't passed yet. I just ordered the balloons early, so I decided to keep the order and he made sure they were delivered that day. In any job, mistakes happen. Especially a party store on the weekend, a month before Halloween. Adrian was super nice and professional.

Lety assistant manager was great she help me locate Cleopatra’s costume for my daughters school report. Even though she had had a ton of customers waiting in line she kept her cool and gave me great customer service

Went in there holding a gift that was wrapped what looked like from a 2 years old. I knew Party City didnt wrap but after explaining my situation they were happy to help. Great staff and customer service!

Went there with my little one today to purchase some party decorations for my son's upcoming bday party they have a wide variety and I was pleasantly surpised to find what I was looking for at a much lower price than at other places the staff were super friendly they blew up balloons and while I chose some decorations the employee came up and gave my little one a balloon such a nice gesture and to top it of one for brother as well when we left the store she made my kids day thank you so much again when you read this! Will definitely go back to purchase again😃

Great selection. Prices weren't too bad, found the Mona cups I had tried looking for online. That was a definite plus!

The store is a lot cleaner and shoppable from a few months ago. Very friendly staff that knows where everything is located. Would definitely recommend everyone to shop at this location!!!!
