I bought my mattress a year ago and was very happy with the experience. There was no pressure sales. They also offer to rotate the mattress every 3 months free of charge as part of the purchase. The guys who come are the best. Always on time or early after checking it's ok, friendly and have given me a hand on a few things not related to the mattress. Great job guys - thank you!

We love our new mattress. The customer service couldn’t have been better. Shannon helped us through the whole process and went the extra mile to make sure we had what we needed - even exchanged the box spring to make it work better on the frame. Delivery was so helpful, on time and communicated well. Everything was seamless!

My husband and I were in need of a new bed asap. It was long overdue. We had heard and read reviews from people we did not know. So, no biased opinions. Just straight truth! So we decided to stop buy and check No Bull Mattress out and we are so happy that we did. My husband and myself do not like the typical “sales” pitch as we had heard it all before and were done with it. We clearly did not know what to expect. We go in and tell Mark and Shannon what we wanted and was very specific. We chatted with Mark about about a number of things. Growing up here, places, people we both knew. Shannon is so nice. It felt like we were hanging out with friends. Let me tell you their mattresses sell themselves. Also, the prices can NOT be beat! We tried various fills and firmness and had a few moments of being indecisive. Shannon took the time to take us in the back and moved mattresses so we could try them. She went above and beyond. The decision came down to 2 choices at the end.
We did not know we were laying on an adjustable base. Loved the feel and coolness of the mattress. When Shannon pressed the button without saying a word and we realized the base was moving. The base we chose also has multi level vibration modes for back and feet. We were in Heaven! That was it!!!! We were sold!!! We were only planning on buying a mattress and box springs. My husband and I both looked at Shannon and said “We’ll take it”. This was absolutely the most pleasurable and down to earth purchasing experience we have ever had. A week later our bed was delivered by 2 very professional men. Randy and Akeem set it all up for us and went over everything with the remote, warranty..etc..
If you do not like being pressured or “chased”. This is where you want to go. You will make 2 new long time friends and feel like a part of an extended family. It has been 3 months now since we purchased our new bed. We now wake up every morning with no neck or back pain. It is like sailing on a cruise ship! Priceless!!

“No Bull Mattress” is just that, NO BULL!
Stopped in on a Friday night an hour before closing to shop and we had a new Mattress delivered by 11AM Saturday the following day! American Made, incredible quality, great price and Customer service that surpasses anything you could hope for!
When we come back to the area in April 2023 we will buy another mattress here for our guests bedroom because they are just that good. If you shop anywhere else you are missing out!

True to our word we arrived back at our vacation home this week and replaced the rest of the mattress's. Again another outstanding experience with the team @ No Bull Mattress, quality, value, price and customer service are all outstanding. I would give them 10 Stars if the rating allowed it. You will never do any better buying a mattress anywhere else, so just cut the Bull and go directly to No Bull and be happy.

Mark and Shannon are the absolute best people to work with. The whole team is wonderful! I am the princess and the pea and have a lot of lower back problems when it comes to mattresses. Shannon and Mark spent a lot of time with me! Mark recommended the Sandman and I was interested in 2 others. I finally gave into Mark's recommendation, doubting but hoping he would be right. Believe him when he tells you what bed is for you. I highly doubted this mattress was for me but it is perfect. I actually look forward to going to bed now and some mornings just don't want to get up. Thank you Mark and Shannon for a comfortable night's sleep 💜. I moved to Bluffton from across the country and didn't bring a mattress with me. The day I arrived I was overwhelmed from the moving process and didn't have a bed to sleep in that night. I was drawn to this place by the 5 star rating and I now see that it is well-deserved. Mark asked me a few questions about my preferences, recommended a mattress and had it delivered and set up in my new apartment within an hour tops.

That was about a month ago, I was impressed with the shopping experience but waited to write a review until I had lived with the mattress for a while. I can now safely say that he absolutely knocked it out of the park first try. This is the best mattress I've ever owned and the best sleep I've gotten in years. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Shopping at No Bull was the easiest, most relaxed experience we’ve ever had! Mark and Shannon are absolutely amazing, definitely no pressure to buy anything from them which made us want to buy with them. Mark told us about the mattresses, how they work, very informative but also just got to know us. I HIGHLY suggest going to No Bull! We went in one day, picked which one we like but wanted to think about it. We came back a week later to buy and I didn’t expect to get it delivered that day but they did! And the men who delivered were so nice,and set it up for us! Thank you again Mark and Shannon! We plan to tell all of our friends and family to come to you!

Boom....Shannon easily gets 5 stars but she deserves 20. I went in there with my elderly parents to get them a mattress for their new home. Shannon approached us, introduced herself and explained the concept behind the mattresses that she sold. She proceeded to ask my parents many questions about exactly what they wanted and she began explaining to them what "effect" each choice would have- hybrid vs latex/foam, pillow top vs no pillow top, height of mattress and box spring vs non box spring - um, they were never comfortable because they were choosing the wrong mattress all along. This process was smooth, fast and DECISIVE. She didn't push the price, she presented the product.

A super find in Bluffton SC!

Went in on a Friday, met Mark (co-owner) and within 30-45 minutes had purchased a mattress, with confidence! Delivery set for two days later, on a Sunday. A Sunday! Who shows up? Mark himself and another employee. Right on time. Here's the kicker: Mark had promised to disassemble the current bed, remove it and then assemble and set up my new bed. The new bed was still in the box and when they opened it, there were so many parts that Ikea would have said "Wow". Mark and Akeem did not hesitate. Rolled up their sleeves and put it together after much effort and patience with the gazillion parts and labels. I told Mark I went to No Bull because of the reviews. His response was a simple, "We do what we say we're gonna do." I can attest to that. Thank you for an incredible experience (oh, and mattress!).

My husband & I recently purchased a mattress from No Bull! in Bluffton. We LOVE the mattress & cannot say enough about the customer service. We worked with Bradley who was very professional & patient. We looked at several choices as it is hard to select 1 mattress for 2 people. We chose the MLily King Fusion Luxe. Bradley knew all about the mattresses & took the time to discuss the features of each. We told him our price limit & he was very accommodating to that amount. We have had the mattress for a week or so now, and we both love it. No Bull! delivered the mattress on the day & time we scheduled, and they removed the plastic covering and set it up for us. Mark and Shannon and their delivery guys might be the nicest people on the planet. They went way above and beyond selling and delivering a mattress and box spring to me. I shopped around and the price was very fair. Their delivery guys moved a mattress, box spring and frame that I already had from one room to another, assembled and attached a headboard to that frame, then unpacked and assembled a new bed I had ordered before they brought in the mattress I purchased from them! I would have had to hire a handyman and spend a lot of money otherwise. They were not happy with how high the mattress sat so took the bed apart and modified it to make the mattress sit lower. It is still too high for me, so they are swapping the box spring out for a lower profile support. They also took all the trash left after unpacking the bed that I purchased somewhere else. Truly a wonderful experience when customer service seems to be a thing of the past at many places. I would give No Bull 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much!

Bradley was way easy to work with. The quality of the power base to our new 14.5 in foam mattress is awesome. I highly recommend considering Bradley as your go to for new mattress.

We are moving to Bluffton from out of state. We decided to purchase a new bed We found No Bull on line and I went there in June I walked in and met Mark very friendly and welcoming person. I explained our situation he showed me a few mattresses and box springs, he was running a sale for the month I said I would not he buying until July he told he would honor the sale price when I came back and also offered next day delivery. I came back in July he remembered me by name had notes for what we discussed I completed the purchase for sale price and our new bed was delivered and set up in approximately 2 hours that same day I highly recommend No bull a local family owned business with outstanding customer service!!

Quick and easy decision on buying our mattress from Mark and Shannon at No Bull Mattress! They are nice as can be and very helpful. My delivery day had to change at the last minute and Mark just said “no problem, what day works for you?”. Also the gentlemen delivering were very expedient and friendly as well.

Great place, extremely nice people and great prices. No heavy sales tactics, Mark listened to what I was looking for and showed me just that. Prices displayed on every bed. They even offered to pick up bedroom furniture I had already purchased elsewhere and deliver with the mattress, now that’s superior customer service! The delivery team even offered to put on the mattress cover!

Excellent business! Needed a new master bedroom mattress after moving to Bluffton. We did our research and had a list of places to check out. No Bull was our first stop on a Sunday afternoon and we were so impressed with the service, the selection and the prices we bought one on the spot! Shannon and Mark were so helpful,listening to our requirements and making suggestions. The mattress was delivered the next day by two very courteous young men and the set it up for us. We couldn’t recommend this place more! We will be back when our new construction home is completed!
