AT&T Store

I had the opportunity to be assisted by Dolton and he did not disappoint in the slightest! Very down to earth guy and went above and beyond for me. I don’t think I could think of a complaint or concern if I tried! Unbelievable customer service and very happy with my experience! Thank you again, Dolton!

This review is for the store located on Route 30 in Latrobe, PA. I went in to get new phones for my son and I and Dolton was the rep that waited on us. He was amazing. He not only took care of us but was able to help 3 other customers that came in. He went back and forth between all of us smoothly and with perfect timing. Very happy with his help.

Brevarn and Dolton are always very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions, and walk me through my new phone features. Highly recommended them for the tech challenged seniors out there like myself.

I went to 3 AT&T stores when my phone went crazy and telling me there was no Sim and not charging. I knew I would need a new phone but had some difficulties. Long story short Brevon was a HUGE help and not only helped me with the instructions on how to unlock my account but he also understood my financial situation and gave me 2 very affordable suggestions. I will definitely be going to this AT&T for any future AT&T needs.

Purchasing a replacement and transferring data couldn't have gone smoother. Both Mike and Dalton were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Much better experience here than other stores.

Even though it was very busy the male employee maintained his composure in helping everyone even when someone was yelling at him. He was knowledgeable and helpful.

The store on route 30 in Latrobe is my store of choice. My last visit was a great experience. The young lady who helped me was Heather. Great employee and she was very helpful!! She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I would definitely recommend this store and Heather!!! Way to go Heather!!!! Definitely a five star rating!!!

Came into the Latrobe AT&T store hoping to get added to my wife’s line after leaving Verizon. Heather helped us and was nothing but wonderful! I was in & out in 20 minutes and she made the switch over so easy and painless. She also made sure I got some wonderful benefits that AT&T has to offer to first responders! I couldn’t have been happier with the service provided. Mike was also another employee who is an honorable mention. He made sure to show us some other services AT&T provides. 100% recommend coming to this store location :)

Heather, the AT&T rep at the Latrobe OA store is amazing! She treated us with respect, got us switched from Verizon to AT&T, and answered all of my questions and concerns! I will definitely be telling people to go see her

I had the best experience I ever had buying a new phone. The young lady, Heather, who took care of me we fantastic. She was never helpful, knowledgable and just a great representation of customer service I have seen in a long long while. Thank you Heather for being a breath of fresh air! We need more of you for sure!

Heather was extremely patient with the set up of my new tablet with Direct TV streaming. It was a bit glitchy, but she remained pleasant and calm while I would have been pulling my hair out. She didn’t let me leave until I was confident with operating it. And it wasn’t even her sale. Everyone I have encountered (Mike, Dolton), have been very helpful with my questions and purchases. I was never rushed out or pushed aside. I appreciate when the proper time is taken and questions answered, as I am not tech savvy. Check them out. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

We switched providers to save money and was able to get all new phones within our budget. The service rep was with us as soon as we walked in. She deserves bonus points for taking care of 3 different customers in a timely and friendly manner including writing out instructions on how to use a smart phone for an elderly gentleman.

Michael was the only associate there when I was there today. He was taking care of three other groups in front of me. Told me it might be 20 minutes but he got to me after 5 minutes and found what was wrong with my phone. I have to say he was most considerate and professional in his position. He made sure everyone was taken care of. Hats off to him and to AT&T for hiring him. Thank you again Michael.

I had an excellent experience in this store with the Store Manager, Mike. Mike was polite, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He helped me decide on a new Android phone (Motorola Edge 2022), he set it up and transferred my contacts and photos to the new phone, and he researched phone plans, ultimately finding a plan that saved me money. Thank you, Mike!

Heather was PHENOMENAL. She was patient, kind, helpful, professional, down to earth, informative, welcoming, NOT pushy, and not overly techy (the kind that makes the not so techy people of the world fe inadequate— so, much appreciated 😅👌).

I switched from another provider tonight and she could not have been more helpful. I’ve never had this quality of customer service in a phone or cable provider company ever, I’m 33.

I also couldn’t be happier with the actual cell service. 🙌 happy camper all around!

I should also note, she helped a group of foreign exchange students before me, which seemed to be very stressful, and she handled it with such gusto. She didn’t seem annoyed AT ALL when myself and another gentleman walked in (while still fully immersed in this exchange group) about 20 minutes till closing.

She stayed an HOUR late to finish transferring my service and never once did I feel rushed or hurried, or slighted.

Dolton was excellent. Very knowledgeable & easy to work with. Made the whole experience Seamless. So happy with the service and products that we got. Highly recommend!

Heather was great. Very professional.. solved my husband's problem and also helped me purchase a new phone.. was so excited about the promotion by Samsung. Will deal with Heather again to set up my new phone.
