Went to this Sally location and everyone is always so knowledgeable and friendly. There is a certain employee, very tall and wears fun earrings who always greets customers with a smile! He knows his products and I trust my hair in his hands! Highly recommend 👌

Today was my first experience at the Shorewood Sally's, but I've been a Sally's customer for many years at a variety of locations. I was helped by the store manager today and he was amazing. He cares about his customers and staff. I bought whatever he recommended because he was so knowledgeable in all the products. He added on two more products to my purchase that I didn’t know I needed, I felt very comfortable getting these items because they will make my hair coloring experience better when I get home. I wish I got his name because he made my shopping experience easy today. Thank you.

I wish I caught the girls name who was working!! She had blue hair and was wearing a pretty black velvet dress, I went in today asking about hair color, and she was extremely helpful and one of the nicest people I’ve encountered in customer service. She was more than happy to help me pick out my color and give me advice on coloring my hair, she had me leaving the store confident in the products I had purchased and excited for the next time I had to stop in at Sallys for more products. couldn’t have had a better experience.

Allen deserves a raise and promotion! He is friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. If you need any beauty advice visit this location and look for the handsome tall guy.

GREG WAS AMAZING!!!! Holy $hit. This Sally’s location has the kindest employees, and is probably the cleanest in the whole district. They also have everything stocked so neatly and they actually have product in stock. Will definitely be going to this location from now one. The employees deserve a raise lmao

My previous review was 2 stars and had these words: Their computer system is almost always down, and we either have to wait for them to try to get it going or wind up leaving. Yesterday, a cashier either tried to deliberately scam my daughter out of $10 or legit had no clue how to do basic math. But they do have beauty supplies. 🤷‍♀

I went to that particular Sallys because of Greg I am assuming is the manager. He is not only friendly and personable but knowledgeable about all the products and he knows hair and how the products works on it. He is professional on all levels.
The Sally's in my area are not hairdressers they know nothing about hair which is disheartening. I would travel to
Shorewood anytime for that service.Thanks Greg!

Greg Goldfuss is amazing!!! He just took over this store as manager and let me tell you he gave me so much great advice, my hair was not at its greatest and he gave me products that are really improving the quality of my hair, he is not just there to sell you products, he is really there to help you reach your beauty goals

I went in today and the gentleman working right away greeted me and asked if I needed help and led me to the hair color dye that I needed; I was clueless on the ratio to the developer and the process. He explained everything so thoroughly! Thank you for taking the time to fully explain!

I didn’t get his name but the guy working is AWESOME! if you have questions or have no idea how to dye or fix your hair ASK THEM they are the best here!

After working with Greg, I will say that this location has surpassed my expectations. The bolingbrook store, however, does not know how to do business and should really be evaluated.

Greg was a tremendous help in choosing the correct products for my hair. Highly recommend this store.
