This place had by far the best customer service i've seen in a while, as a fellow business it really was exciting going into a location and having every question you have answered, and even helped lower my bill and got my business home internet for $30 a month!!! GOODBYE SPECTRUM

Alyssa is the store manager here….we were moving 10 people from Verizon to T-Mobile and getting Black Friday deals…store closed at 6 pm. It is now almost 8 and we have a few additional things to do. Amanda M and Alyssa are still here, gave us water and snacks and best of all have SUPER attitudes! I am so impressed with their customer service!!!! She is store manager for a reason and wonderful to work with!!

This Ex-Sprint location had the best service for my requirements.. I had met with extremely nice and intelligent people for a new prepaid line on an international device. I had been having troubles with securing a number for a while, and this team helped me with the process super quick!it took them less than 10 minutes to hook me up with a new number and i was amazed! I would definitely come down here if I wanted anything connected to cell phones or new connections! Amazing job guys.. I wish I asked for the names of the two gentlemen who helped me, but I am sure everyone at that store is doing an amazing job, so kudos!

They were very helpful. Very polite. Helped us with all our questions. Spent 2 hours there an never felt rushed. I'd recommend this location if it's your local store. I was just in the area an I stopped in an it was a pleasant visit.

We recently switched to sprint and had a not so fabulous experience trying to get our plan set up over the phone. Long story short- we ended up going into the lakeville store to get it all set up instead. The manager (I'm pretty sure his name was Jeff) was great!! Gave us no hassle and got us in and out pretty quickly! He made sure we were getting a great deal and was super patient and knowledgeable with all of our questions. We really appreciated a great experience after having such a poor one with customer service on the phone! We will definitely be back for all of our future phone needs (:

Dennis is amazing. He explained all our options, helped us choose something that made sense for our situation, moved everything from the old to new phone, AND switched our plan to save us money! Hands down the best mobile phone store experience we have EVER had.

My recent experience at this store was terrific. My wife and I switched from Verizon and Ken (manager) and Sam made the process very painless. Shortly after, my new phone had a charging issue which required me to send the phone in for repair to LG. Once again Ken and Sam were extremely helpful. My experience with LG did not go well. I needed a new phone. Once again, Ken and Sam to the rescue. They continually were helping, me, the consumer. They have my continued business and advocacy.

I have been a long time customer of sprint and have always been happy with the service they provide. That being said, yesterday I almost dropped my service with sprint. Here’s why- I wanted to accomplish three things: add a line, upgrade my phone (which I was eligible for), and apply the discount to my monthly bill that my girlfriend gets through work. So naturally I figured I’d call the customer service line and see what they could do for me. They told me I could add a line and upgrade, but I would not be able to add the discount. Which doesn’t make very much sense to me. Couldn’t I just promote her to admin and receive the discount? No. At least that’s what they told me. So I figured I’d go into the store and see what they say. If they couldnt do anything for me, I’d cancel my service and walk into a Verizon store or AT&T store. This is where my night did a 180, because we met Dennis, the assistant manager. When we told him what we were trying to accomplish he said “absolutely we can do that”. He not only accomplished all of those things for us- but he answered all the questions we had while being respectful and polite. He was more than helpful. Sprint has gained a lifetime customer because of Dennis. Hats off to him and the team at the Lakeville Sprint store.

I've been very happy with the Sprint store in Lakeville. We've had issues with broken phones and they have made the transition to a new phone as smooth as possible. They are considerate and helpful, especially Dylan. He was very helpful in setting up my daughter's iPhone.

This is a great place! Dennis, Jeff, and the others are very friendly, helpful, and thorough. I can easily recommend this Sprint store location for all your cell phone needs.

I went to two different sprint stores when my phone was working and they both tried to sell me a new phone. When I walked into this store, they knew right away why I was in and they proceeded to tell m le a tower was down but my phone would probably work the next day.

Don't waste your time with any other store. Go see the people here. Very impressed. After being severly frustrated with another local Sprint store, I was reccommended to this location.

Dennis and Antiono at the lakeville store were the bomb today! They helped us with our issue with our 2 LG phones and with my screen protector for my iPhone 6. Thanks so much for helping and being patient with us with 2 toddlers running around!!!

Dennis was good. Explained everything about all the plans they offer. And went into detail with things I had a hard time understanding. The location is usually not busy and located not too far off from the highway.

I absolutely love this store..Everytime i go, they have the best customer service...it is a smaller sprint store (which i like) but sometimes the wait may be longer....Antonio G. At that location was so nice to me and my kids whenever we come in..i would definitely recommend going to this location to anyone.
