Soooo Kimberly is the absolute BEST! This was by far the best experience I’ve had entering an AT&T store. I stopped in before leaving for Cancun to upgrade my phone and she made things so simple for me. She explained the differences in the latest IPhones, ensured things were correct on my account and was an overall delight. She continuously checked on me while my phone restored to ensure everything was going well and to make sure I was ok. Thanks AT&T for having Kimberly . Such a warm and pleasant employee.

Bennett went above and beyond to really get me set up with the best options of what I needed. I came into the store today not knowing what would be the best options but had my likings of what kind of phone I wanted. I wasn't sure I'd get anything or how to look or provide the needed old account info I needed and he WAS ON IT! Most friendly, kind, and genuine person to have ever helped me at att&t!
