Protein Essentials LLC

Protein Essentials is the only protein I use. Mocha is my go to shake. I've also recently discovered the InstaBroth tastes amazing in pretty much every Instant Pot recipe (except the dessert ones lol). PE also has really great customer service and they are responsive and helpful.

Good stuff! The "Perform 100" product is their hydrolyzed collagen with added amino acids to make for a complete protein. I use this as a protein supplement after I work out. It's a good way to mix it up from the whey/casein based protein supplements which are usually "creme" (vanilla, chocolate, etc.) flavored. Perform 100 comes in fruity flavors that wouldn't work as well with milk-based protein.

I also add the straight hydrolyzed collagen to my coffee in the morning ... not a complete protein but still get all the benefits of collagen (particularly helpful for sore joints in the morning the day after working out).

Been taking it for a few years now, 5/5!

Best collagen protein on the market. I use it every day in my coffee and after a workout and i haven’t felt better. Highly reccomend the mocha flavor.
