Had a crazy software issue with our 7a and purchased a new one - THANKS Jake for assisting us with the phone switch, data conversion. He took the time necessary for us to fix the issues as well as buy a new case for our phone. The best Google /AT&T Rep we've ever had... Highly recommended!

6 out of 5 stars for Dustin as my husband and I originally just went in Saturday to discuss switching phone plans. The whole time Dustin was so personable about the whole experience and amazing to work with. Came back next day and directly asked to work with him again and just over all wonderful. Happy to make the provider switch, even happier with the service experience Dustin brought to the table.

Came in looking to switch carriers. Excellent, knowledgeable sales. Wasn't pressured into anything and we ended up getting a great deal. We worked with Dustin who did a fantastic job explaining everything clearly and made the experience enjoyable. Highly recommend.

We did have to wait forever because there was a lot of people but then it was good. Jake helped us out. He was nice & got done what we needed. Thanks Jake.

Jake engaged me as soon as I entered the store. I came in for a Loss Of Service/Infrequent Service issue. He tried a few tricks to verify that the issue was device related and not Service issues. He set me up with a new device and his knowledge and training talked me into a small upgrade from a Plus model to and Ultra and I paid for a full complement of accessories as well. Best AT&T Service I have ever received

Although we had to wait about an hour, (store was short on available staff on a Friday) we had a very good experience with a very knowledgeable sales person. Forgot his name but he was formerly in the military. He was apologetic for our wait, and he quickly and efficiently took care of our need for a new phone. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to this store. Very charming and pleasant guy to deal with.

We had a great experience with Stephen today. He was very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with! He upsold some items and was very respectful of our choices. He is a great asset to AT&T!

Went to Elkhart AT & T store for help with a cell phone problem. Luckily Jake asked if he could help me. After listening to my explanation Jake not only fixed the issue I had come in for but also set up several features that I didn't even know I had! Great job Jake! Much appreciated!

Let me tell you that Jake went above and beyond providing customer service. Customer care had my stuff so screwed up and Jake went through and redid everything that they messed up. Highly recommend going to the store and not deal with customer care.
