This place is amazing!! It is like stepping back in time. The customer service is beyond exceptional!!! I actually had an associate walk me around the store helping me find what I was looking for and carrying on a conversation the whole time. I'm sorry I can't remember her name, but she was great!! So far, everyone I have encountered there is great!! Thank you for caring about your customers in a time when a lot of places do not!! Greatly appreciated!!! You have a forever customer!!!☺

They are a bit on the pricey side, but are always so nice and helpful. And it's always best to shop local. Bright, clean comfortable store with good selections too.

I needed a new sump pump to replace an old one which had rusted away after 24 years. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and always helpful. The store is always clean and well stocked. With help from the staff I was able to find a suitable pump replacement and all the other materials needed to complete the job.

Very helpful With anything I needed even putting a 150 gallon tub rubbermaid On top of my Honda Accord strapping it down Secure enough to drive all the way down to Parma Ohio

GREAT product selection, nice Store & really nice Employees. Some prices are a bit high compared to other retailers but that's to be expected as they're out in the country. I'll be returning as they sure beat the hardware store in Lodi for price, selection, brands and helpfulness!!

There is no place as special as the local hardware store. The family that own it are good people whose integrity shows with their helpfulness and hospitality. They're a keystone for our little town❤

I like supporting a local business. Its a hardware store just like lowes and home depot but without lumber. I don't know what other items or services they provide as far as flooring or bath etc...
