Everyone who knows me knowsI worked with and am friends with Luis and the jewelers. These guys are great!

I left the company in July 2023.

Last week my youngest daughter and I met with Luis to have a custom, permanent bracelet and pendant made to memorialize a personal event.

What a great experience.
It was so important to me that this appointment be exceptional - we were making memories people. Lol

Well...It was exactly what I wanted for us.
I'll post the finished product Feb 14 when we get them.

I’ve had custom bands made to match an existing set for my wife. We have traded up on stones. Always felt valued and appreciated. Fair pricing, great service.

25 years ago I had the pleasure of creating my first piece with Luis. It was a keepsake from my mother & he created a ring more beautiful than I ever could have dreamed of. It was from start to finish an amazing experience.
25 years later I found myself returning to Zavius..I was turning 50 and wanted to take 2 rings & have Luis work his magic and make them in to one! His love & talent created me a ring that is more beautiful than I could ever have imagined.
After being blessed with that piece, my fiancé decided to have Luis recreate my engagement ring. All he asked him was to create something that would not only be unique but as beautiful as I was. Once again, the master jeweler worked his magic & created yet another piece of perfection!! It turned out better than we could have ever dreamed! Beyond blessed is an understatement! All those years had passed but not only was the store as wonderful as the first time, everyone there was still just as fabulous! Luis & Melissa have a wonderful family of employees to help you. Moved to the Rockford area a few years back, I needed a new jeweler meet with a few in the area an decided to make a appointment at Zavius for custom work on 2 rings I wanted redone. Meet with Luis an with seeing his workmanship. I knew I came to the right place. His ideas were spot on. He designed a stunning bypass ring with my diamonds, I cant wait to see my next one! Luis and his artistry, created a one of a kind ring for me. The design came from my sons tattoos and his ashes are inside the ring. It’s stunning, thank you, you truly are a gifted artist.

I had a ring custom made for my husband as a surprise. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was impeccable. I know Luis cared just as much about the project as I did. The ring was made with a cavity to hold ashes of my brother-in-law who tragically passed away young; then, the ashes were filled while my husband watched on. The whole experience was meaningful and memorable. Absolutely top notch service!!

I had 2 wedding rings that I wanted combined into one ring and updated from yellow gold to white. Luis quickly sketched out his idea and went to work. It took a bit longer than we had hoped but he replaced broken diamond chips and redid the mold twice because he only creates perfection. The ring exceeded our expectations. It is truly stunning. His wife Melissa personally followed up with me and is providing a dinner out to make up for the extra wait. If you are looking for quality work and superb customer service, Zavius Jewelers is where you want to go for your jewelry dreams.

I finally proposed to my forever person two days ago and I did so with a Zavius custom ring. Luis really knocked this beautiful creation out of the park! I needed an emerald cut with a double halo on a twisted band, and he exceeded all my expectations.

21 years ago Gloria and the team at Zavius helped me pick the diamond for my wife’s engagement ring and even after moving to two other states we continue to shop at Zavius. After the first move I wanted to surprise my wife with diamond studs for our anniversary but I didn’t have a jeweler I trusted. I called Zavius and we reached a deal over the phone. Then Luis called - he knew the diamond in her ring and suggested a different choice and guaranteed her satisfaction. She LOVED the earrings and I loved the experience of working with the Zavius team. Just a week ago we were visiting from yet another state and stopped in at Zavius to have her ring inspected . . . we walked out with an early birthday present.
