Everyone I encountered at the Temecula location was so helpful, knowledgeable and absolutely pleasant; both when I picked up my battery order and when I brought my cores back 2 days later. I will continue to keep coming here & refer this specific location to friends and family. Seems like such a simple, “boring” chore to hate to come get batteries, but they made my experience wonderful & easy. I can’t say enough good things!

I had a warranty replacement handled by Jared (initially by phone) and Bliss (in store and installation). Both were beyond excellent. I did not originally purchase the battery at this location, but I was treated like I was their long term best customer. HIGHLY recommend this location and would go out of my way to give them my business.

All three motorcycle batteries I purchased had bolts long enough to reach the nuts without issue. It's a little thing my previous batteries did not have that made installation a little more difficult. Service was friendly and prompt and my items were all in stock and available for immediate pickup.

Was able to get a hard to find Mercedes battery that no other store was able to get the next day!!

This was our first time in this store. The price was good for our golf cart batteries. Several other places didn't have them in stock. We ordered and paid thru the website (with a 10% discount!), then drove to the store and they were ready to go! Simply and fast!

Had one of the X2Power batteries fail on me (first problem I’ve had in 10 years and 7 batteries for multiple applications) that I bought back in March. I walked in, was greeted promptly, battery was checked out, I provided my purchase number and I exchanged for a new battery. In and out in 5 minutes. Well done!

The website was easy to use and work my way through. The staff at the store were amazing. Everyone was helpful and so kind. The manager installed my battery and made sure to have me start my car to verify that it worked. There was a glitch on the back end of my online order but they worked their way through it with no bother to me. I definitely recommend the Temecula Batteries Plus Bulbs for all of your battery needs.

Great store and very helpful staff members. I needed a battery that nobody had and the had it on the shelf.

My phone's camera lens needed a repair, so I brought it in to this shop. I was helped by Eden and they were so kind! It did take some time for the part to come in, but the price was too good that I didn't mind waiting. Hopefully, I don't break my phone again, but I would definitely come here if I did! Came in with a battery bought almost 4 years ago (same location) that had died from a light being left on. Employee was very professional and had me out of the store in no time.

Jared was very helpful. I had my key copied for my Toyota . He was quick , friendly and competent.
I will come back next time I need a key made .
Less than half price than other locksmiths quoted me .

Eden was very helpful. I had a critically weak battery that stranded me in the gas line at Costco, but managed to get it started. It was 45 minutes before closing and Eden said that they couldn't install until the following day. I was less than 1 mile from the store and Eden agreed to do the replacement as I pleaded my case if I could be there in the next 5 minutes... Mission accomplished! Thank you Eden.

Very impressed!!! I've been to this store 3-4x. Every time I'm warmly greeted and shown to the area of the store that I need. Great selection of fluorescent bulbs for commercial needs. I was so grateful that they go out of their way to help the client, I was in need of what seemed like a wire to get a strip of LED lights to work, I was referred to a seemingly competitor store, I returned to Batteries Plus when that option didn't work, and was THRILLED when my problem was fixed by a sauter job that took just a few minutes! I am beyond happy and very confident to go there with all my needs first! Thank you David and team!!!

I had "Googled" batteries for cars and Batteries Plus pops up and I decided to check it out. I put in all the pertinent information on my wife's 2010 Ford Edge and the battery pops up and in stock. As a bonus I noted the 10% coupon and jotted it down. The ordering was simple easy and quick. I paid on line and printed the necessary information I needed to pick up the battery. I feel the price was very competitive after shopping Wal*Mart, Auto Zone, Pep Boys and Sam's Club. After core exchange the final price for what I received (Duracell) was an incredible Value with a 2 year return warranty.

He sales person (mmeredyth ) went above and beyond!! I brought a battery back that didn't work. I bought new cabkes, a new starter and it would start once then fail. She tested it and found no faults. After discussing it, she called the owner and the owner okd a replacement. After installing the bike has continued to start with no further problems. I would like her to be personally recognized for her AAA+ Customer service and professionalism!! She is an outstanding employee.
