Big Lots

This store is cool. It was very clean and well stocked. Great pricing on what I was looking for. The employee that checked out my items has excellent customer service skills (Amy).

The woman that helped me was super sweet and the younger guy offered to help take heavy items to my car. The store is massive and clean and I had a great time.

Stocked well. Lots of variety. Great outdoor patio furniture and home decor.

Many useful items too choose from a "Lil" bit of everything well organized with a staff ready to willingly help you find your needs.

My husband and I went into this store for the first time and were impressed. More than one employee asked us if we needed help and all were extra friendly. We found their prices were extremely reasonable. I’ve live in Temecula for 30+ years and not sure why I haven’t shopped here before, but will definitely be going back.

Awesome Big Lots! I’ve always loved Big Lots but this is the best one I’ve been to. So happy we found it. It is brightly lit, clean and very organized. All of the associates are amazing. The gentleman in the furniture section was extremely helpful and worked hard to enter our coupons. He and another associate then took the time to unbox the recliner so it would fit into our vehicle. Exceptional service. Highly recommend this location!

I was approached by Stefan at Temecula branch with genuine enthusiasm to assist me with my furniture inquiry. He knows so well whats in store and even help me get boxes dimensions I need. So honest to provide all answers and options with my inquiry that ended up to a purchase. Even patiently re-applied my 15%off rewards after receipt has been processed. Stefan was an excellent Sales Associate the store needs to keep and be recognized!!! He delivers a remarkably easy experience to customer like me.

This Big Lots in a good location. It's close to the freeway and plenty of parking. They sell alot of household goods, pots, pans, silverware, and linens. They also carry furniture and have lots of pictures and snacky stuff. The pricing on their goods are great and reasonable. They carry movies and many more items. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate Big Lots. I purchased some great barstools from them about 2 months ago. My eager beaver husband put all three chairs together. Unfortunately, they were too tall and we couldn't find the receipt. Called customer sevice and received exemplary treatment. We were able to return stools and get the right size. We can't thank you enough.

This Big Lots has a great selection of items. It is much better then the Murrieta Big Lots, with so much more to choose from, which means more bargains thus more money saved! The staff here is also very friendly.

The people working there are keeping up an unusually sweet and helpful attitude during the time of Covid. Tell these front line essential workers thank you! It used to just be a job, now it is a dangerous job.
