Sharyl (I hope I have her name right) and Kaitlyn are beyond amazing. They don’t see me that often, but I walked up today without mentioning who I was, and Kaitlyn had all the information ready. Unbelievable!! These ladies rock!! And I don’t get easily impressed. Best pharmacy in town!

Lorraine is great. She is very friendly and I didn’t get the other woman’s name but the pharmacists there at this moment are great. Thanks for being kind and helpful. xo

I needed a RX refill at 7:30. They graciously filled it in less than five minutes. Very polite and helpful pharmacy. Clean well organized store, too.

First time using CVS/MinuteClinic and Joana (NP) made my vaccinations visit a great experience. Will definitely come back again.

Overall an easy and smooth experience.

Justin my GOSH, gave that 100 percent full on customer service. Shortage of employees, yet this young man force of a full staff. Have to say actually very pleased with how CLEAN , and organized the entire store was. Felt so good in there, and with the employee as Justin a perfect match.

The BEST pharmacy in Temecula. I have been to them all in 30 years here, and they always are Pro and HAVE THE MEDICINE!

I am so glad they have more employees over night. Unfortunately I have been there when they had one girl at the register, multiple customers (with another employee on “break”) and even a theft over night!! I stopped shopping at that particular location because it seemed like the company/owner didn’t care what goes on in their store, I totally felt unsafe. I recently stopped by as a few friends said things had changed and I feel so much better, and safe. Thank you CVS for fixing this issue. The customer service (security guard, plus multiple employees) always meet expectation.

It's usually always a good visit, because the personnel working here are very friendly and helpful. From Pharmacy staff, floor people to the register ppl. The addition of 2 self serve cash registers helps. There's one older woman who's grouchy and will be unfriendly and not helpful nearly every single time. But I avoid her pretty much every time I go in. Overall though she'd have to be a helluva lot worse to give the whole store a bad review.

Today I visited the CVS pharmacy to copy some photos. I have been working on a photo album to give as a gift... since August. I am do glad that Janette was working today. She quickly came to my rescue and showed me how to scan my old photos. Then later kn when I needed more help she came off the floor to provide more assistance. I have been stressed about this project but Janette made it so easy.

My friend and I, on average, walk down to this CVS probably 4-5 times a week, mainly between the hours of 11pm and 3am. Though I simply love CVS Pharmacy in general, the overnight staff at this location earned these 5 stars from me. The main 2-3 workers — forgive me, I can't recall names at the moment [female with straight black hair & the older (but not old) male manager with glasses] — anyways, they are always as friendly as can be; helpful; professional - yet bursting with their individualistic personalities;... I'd go on but I think you get the picture.

The only thing to complain about if I had to pick something would be the change in pharmacy hours -- I wish they didn't close it so early now :/
But, in the end, I can understand why & don't hold it against them.

Nonetheless, you can't beat the rest of the store being open for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! With Target closing at 11pm & Von's closing at 12am, the only things left after that are the Circle K gas station & CVS. So thank goodness for CVS being 24 hour; it has saved me more times than I can count!

Also, one last thing (since I'm sure you're getting bored by now), I love taking advantage of their coupons and "extrabucks" rewards. Whether through personalized coupons, in-store deals, pharmacy, &/or beauty bucks rewards — I find it all really fun to participate in. Their online app and website are full of options that make life easier (i.e. Pharmacy, shopping list, etc,).
I feel like they truly know how to keep customers coming back.[..]

They at least know how to keep me coming back ;)

Love the over night pharmacist. He is great. The night clerk is a bit overzealous.... but not complaining. Been to this pharmacy for many years and even when I have moved... still never changed my cvs location/pharmacy

I love this CVS They have wonderful people working there the manager Angela and Jason are very good people and Greg and Dakota are my favorite 👌 they always go out of their way to help me and I appreciate that that’s why I love this store I really get excited when I get there to go shopping 👌👌 David is a good guy to really love this store my favorite CVS

Store was super clean, employees were extra friendly and I got a few shots, didn't have appointment and it was quick. Will be going back.

I shop here all the time. Most of the associates are incredibly friendly and polite, including Marco. Great customer service; I will keep shopping here.

Only pharmacy I go too. Of course they sometimes are not prompt but keep in mind they service a lot of ppl.

I like the location and the employees are very friendly. I will definately be a returning customer.
