i love this location!!! this is the only cricket i go to because they are always so friendly and they know how to personalize the customers needs. they are very efficient and they gave me the best deal on my phone, case, screen protector, and even a speaker! lily is the manager there and she is the best with customers. i live on the the other side of town but i still choose to only go to this cricket.

I went in there on Sunday and boy was it packed. Ben was the only one working and man let me tell you I was impressed. Not only did he take care of everyone’s needs but he was polite and always checked up on us. When it was my turn he helped me switch my lines over from Boost and got me an extra 25$ in account credits. Kid is super professional and very knowledgeable about basically everything that comes with a phone. Definitely recommend this store over all of them!

Stephanie was the best employee I have ever dealt with. She was super nice and helped me with exactly everything that I needed. Cricket should feel very lucky to have her!!!! :)))))))

It was a pretty good experience. My phone was disconnected for not paying for a few months. I complained about the $25 re-connection fee, and the in store rep. took it in stride in a manner you'd imagine a young professional would. He set my phone back up including with a new sim card. Pretty much full service as usual when you come into a cricket store. Not perfect, but not bad either. Nobody expects perfect.

Went to the Cricket on wells with a phone issue and the employee working there took about 30 minutes to tell me they couldn't do anything for me. I was frustrated but I went to the Northtowne store and the young man working fixed my phone in less than a minute!!! He also informed me on what settings to avoid so the issue doesn't happen again. Super knowledgeable about phones and definitely coming back here. Thank you Cricket at Northtowne!!=)

Gustavo has great customer service skills. Very patient and kind to everyone that walked in. Wish we had more workers like him in this world. God Bless. Thank you.

Sara helped me put new storage card on my phone. Including only the necessary change over getting the most storage available. She is Terrific.
