Josh and Jordan were both super helpful and very professional in overcoming all my problems. They worked the issues until everything had been resolved and even got me a discount that had been missed previously. Great job on their part! Made a bad situation into a pleasurable one.

Brad, Matt and Victoria were very helpful in my purchase of a new Iphone 11 and diligently tried to transfer my data. They instructed me on how to expand the memory on my Android tablet and helped me with it. They were very thorough, pleasant, patient and smart. I was recently looking to change my service from my current provider Metro PCS and went to AT&T in Fleming Island at Hibernia and spoke with Brad Powell. I wanted to say that he was excellent. He was very patient with my many questions and very knowledgeable about the services offered by AT&T. Manager Matt and Sales Associate Amber deserve specific mentioning because of their exceptional customer service, communication, and follow up. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a pleasant experience purchasing a phone and finding the appropriate plan as was with my recent visit to the Hibernia ATT store. Matt took an immense amount of time to treat me like a valued customer, walk me through the entire upgrade/rebate process, and ensure I was comfortable with the purchase. He and Amber then worked together to finalize some credits to my account. This team should be the model by which all other ATT stores are built on.

Jerry was amazing. He worked diligently to resolve the issue. He was exceedingly polite and professional. Jerry is most definitely a positive representative of this store, and he has my sincere thanks for his help and determination in solving the issue.

I really enjoyed my service and loved the customer experience from the manager at Fleming Montrel did an amazing job at helping me and my wife and setting up our new phones and account and went over it again to offer better deals for us nothing but praise for this man highly recommend everyone come to this location for the best customer service experience… god bless him.

Went there to pay Direct tv and internet. Matt and Jerry were awesome!! They are friendly and gave me alot of information for At&t tv. If you have DIRECTV go to them and pay your bill!! Really sweet and honest guys. I will from now on go there and pay my bill

We just moved from Tennessee and while I’m sympathetic to the COVID virus I was anxious about not having service in Florida. Multiple attempts at other companies left me thinking we were SOL and would have to use pigeons to communicate, but thank the heavens for Brad. We are now connected to the world! (And I don’t have to clean up bird poop) You the man!
