AT&T Store

Issabella was kind and courteous! She was very knowledgeable about the services AT&T provides! My experience at the store was great from beginning to end! She has a customer for life!

We left two stores to finally find help with Hannah at the Fleming Island AT&T store. The other two stores we visited told us to go home and try to turn on your own phones and sync them ourselves from our old phones. They basically refused to help us at all.
She was so knowledgeable and efficient and kind and got our phones synced before the store closed.
Because of her, we will be customers for life at the store on Fleming Island but only if she’s working there! She really deserves props from the management for being one of the best employees in customer service I’ve seen.

My experience with the Fleming Island Store was excellent from beginning to end.Wes (Derrick) was helpful, took time to answer every question that I had. He was also very knowledgeable, friendly and professional, the installer Wyatt Mueller was also great, I would recommend customers given the opportunity.

The management and employees are awesome! They were helpful with setting up our new phones & watches. Genuine customer service and I really appreciate it.

Sam is the best!! He was extremely knowledgeable and very respectful! He went above and beyond to help me get the right phone. I’m definitely requesting him every time now!

James S. went absolutely above and beyond in helping us to get a new phone plan set up. We went in just to get a price for transferring a line and adding a new one. James was able to juggle multiple requests from not only us but other customers without ignoring anyone. He then stayed at hour and a half past his shift to make sure we got taken care of. We went from just wanting a price to walking out with two new phones. I highly recommend James and and the Fleming island at&t store and will be sure to frequent there with any future needs.

Y’all have to give Sam a raise he was the best he helped us get a new IPhone very happy with the Service will recommend to family and friends !

Make sure you ask for Star! She's great! I've been an AT&T customer for years and Star is the first person who was knowledgeable without making you feel inferior. She has excellent customer service. There were 3 customers above the age of 50 in the store at the same time as I was. She knew them like friends and was able to diagnose their phone issues in matter of minutes. She walked them thru their iPhone issues with ease.
She's an EXCELLENT employee!

Went into the store tonight to upgrade our phone, and had the best experience EVER!! From the moment we walked in the door Josh was super friendly and helpful! He went well above the call of duty to help us out after we ran into a problem. If you want supreme service ask for Josh! Thank you for helping me get my new phone!! :)

Angela was amazing. She helped me choose a phone, told me of best discounts, set up my transition from old phone to new. She has a great personality and wanted me to be pleased. She was patient with me and explained everything very sweetly Her knowledge of the ATT products was impressive!!!

Josh and Brandon were amazing. I stopped in to get a case, charger and pop socket for my new Galaxy S10+ ( which I love btw) and they were very helpful. This one star review is not about the staff there. Poor Brandon had to deal with HORRIBLE customer service assistance when calling in for another customer who was elderly. AT&T, please do something about these Terrible customer service call centers.

We needed help with our phones. The technician got the problem solved. He also upgraded and updated our new information. Very well done.

I had a great experience, Brandon resolved all my concerns and seemed to genuinely care about me as a customer. You don't see that enough anymore. I was so happy I came back and got uverse from him and I am very happy with that as well.
