The UPS Store

I drop off several boxes or more several times-a-day. The place is almost always busy but they always seem to have the right amount of staff to keep everything moving at a steady pace. The extra scanners to check in with already preprinted labels on packages is great and the combination of everything gets me out usually in seconds. I've always been treated professional and so has my wife. These are small offices that do many services. I don't ship anything USPS anymore, Too much lost items. During Christmas holidays I shipped 50 items and had no issues with UPS or this store

I recently went into The UPS Store to print programs and menus for a fundraising event. The team, especially Chris and Jorge, was professional, helpful, and efficient. They took the time to help me adjust design files and ensure everything printed to my standards. Thanks for your attention to detail.

I’ve been to many UPS locations around town in this by far was the best experience. The store was extremely busy due to holiday shipping but they ran it like a well oiled machine. I was in and out after needing assistance with three different transactions that included packaging and Lori was so friendly and helpful!

This ups store in my opinion has the most HELPFUL, and KIND staff. Yes there was a bit of wait, which I expected because of the time of the year that we are in,but the wait took a little longer because there was an unpleasant, rude customer at the register struggling to understanding the simple Amazon return instructions. The employee assisting her was soft spoken and patient, and the customer treated this poor soul like dirt. The supervisor who stepped in asset the situation took her to the other register and went on to helping her out. I thought she would have calmed down by now but she didn't, she began cursing and yelling. This had nothing to do with the staff whatsoever and had everything to do with her. Her lack of understanding and frustration got the best of her and this ended her up having to leave the store. Come on people, we are all adults here. let's be kind, patient, and reasonable when we are in an establishment. I'm sure the other customers and the staff will appreciate it.

The UPS store in Fleming Island is in an ideal location. The staff is fast, polite, helpful and professional. One is in and out quickly.

Staff is doing all they can to make your life easier it's not their fault UPS has rules for what and how you can ship. Take it easy in them people

Love this Ups store but the Amazon returns customers can be quite rude to the staff. Amazon is very clear on their return policy and nothing in life is free even “tape” pay the dollar if you don’t want to take the time to read your return instructions. Keep up the great work!!

I come to this location for all my shipping and printing needs! The customer service is phenomenal, always very helpful and friendly, and I’ve never once had a problem when doing Amazon returns at this location! Reading the instructions on the Amazon app tells me all I need to know on how to proceed in the store and I’ve never once had issues! :)

My experience with “The Whiz” - Ashlen was fantastic from start to finish. I needed an emergency print job and shipment. Ashlen was incredibly helpful and patient, while walking me through the details and nuances of the print job and which made the most sense for the required job. I highly recommend the Fleming Island UPS store!

Wow! I am beyond impressed with the service from this facility. The company I work for had a pretty complicated and large quantity print order and the print specialist, Alex, was a tremendous help. He was informative, helpful, and knowledgeable. He helped us find great savings and gave us the best deals. With his patience and cooperation, he made something extremely important to our company a LOT easier. We will definitely be back!

Regardless of how busy Jorge and Dorthy are, they are always so very helpful. I came in right at closing time and needed to get a package out for my daughter at college and they were more then willing to ensure everything was secure and I was all set. Thank goodness for such kind associates.
