My order is always correct. I have never had something missing from my order. I'm lucky enough to live close enough to be able to pick up my orders within 24 to 48 hours. I love having THAT convenience, make full filling MY customers orders much easier.

Absolutely the most wonderful company to purchase your crafting supplies from! They have a huge assortment of fragrance oils! Tons of micas and oils for soap making as well as waxes, wicks, and jars for candle making. I'm so lucky to live locally so that I can pick up my orders at the warehouse. The quality of their supplies is superior to competitors and I have yet to be disappointed with a single item I've purchased. I'm absolutely thrilled I stumbled upon this fantastic company!

Great products I like how they are handling pickup services. I do wish that they wouldn't fill the dye bottles so full when the caps don't fit securely makes a mess. But other than that I would definitely recommend them and have for my candle making supplies.

I Love Rustic Escentuals products and have been using them for almost a year now. I use their fragrances in my soaps, scrubs and bath bombs. I live close by so If I place my order first thing in the mornings, I can pickup my order that same day. They are Fast On It! Everyone is so kind, friendly and work hard to meet customers needs. This company is on the ball. Needed mini pouring pots and they are currently sold out nearly everywhere, but RE hooked me up and shipped them out fast, and in the middle of all the COVID difficulties. That is damn impressive.
