Sleep Number

Me and my fiancé with our two year old visited SleepNumber and were greeted by DaQuan. He was very approachable and didn’t try to sell us anything while providing us with a great experience! I was so impressed! He was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through everything since it was our first time. We also didn’t feel rushed at any point while we were there. To be honest I was worried it was going to be like when a person goes to a car dealership to buy a car….arrive for one thing, they try to sell you something you don’t want and way outside of your budget and you’re there all day. Our experience at SleepNumber was definitely not that. My 2 year old even spent some time playing with the available toys. Definitely would recommend the store and DaQuan. The bed is also great as well, it took some getting used to but having the ability to control your comfort level especially on those achy back days is a huge plus in my book.

Mr Kirk was very helpful and patiently and professionally answered all my questions (I had a lot of questions). We purchased a great mattress thanks to him!

A long review! My Chriopractor recommended this type of bed. Did my research and printed up the beds I was interested in when I stopped in. The sales people were all busy with customers when I got there, but I was greeted and not ignored when I walked in. Justin ended up working with me. He carefully went through each bed I was interested in after talking and getting to understand what and why I was there, listening to me. Then, he had me try each bed through all the numbers available. Found my perfect number and bed and did not try to sell me the most expensive one, but the one that I felt was the best! He showed me my pressure point where I was having my problems and it was right on target. Even though it was Black Friday weekend and they were all busy, he explained everything to me and was ready to answer any question I had. And, he was very personable! Recommend this store highly and Justin was fantastic! Knows the products. (I bought a pillow, too!) More than a 10 star rating!
My return 2 years later to purchase another bed for someone else…Gregg, store Manager and Donna greeted me as soon as I walked in. I didn’t need to try beds out this time! I came back in a few days later to actually order the bed and we had trouble with the 20% referral discount. Ended up taking about 30 minutes but, he kept at it! Person I was getting the bed for is in the hospital! Gregg actually measured the bed to make sure my friend could get into it! And helped me choose the right one for my friend’s size. Gregg made this an easy and actually fun transaction! He also knows his stuff! He worked so hard to get things right for me! The discount code was giving us a problem! What an asset to your store and when I recommend Sleep Number it will be followed with Gregg’s name! Tricia Roe

On a rainy Saturday, I visited Sleep Number and had a day of sunshine working with Tracie. She was knowledgeable, made you feel comfortable and flexible and understanding. I would recommend everyone to visit this location to get the opportunity to work with Tracie. Hoping my bed is everything I am expecting!

I’ve always been interested in a Sleep Number bed; however, my Sleep Number experience was way better than expected. Yes, Sleep Number make an awesome product but DaQuan made the shopping experience delightful, educational and let me and my husband decide what was best for our situation. I’ve purchased many mattresses and never felt so comfortable walking into a store. From the first greeting to the final sale it’s been a pleasure. I will most definitely send people your way. We went to the Gambrills store during Memorial Day weekend, and received excellent customer service! Justin was so knowledgeable about all products and helped us pick the perfect bed. He explained the difference between the different beds, helped us find the level of support that was best for us, and helped us with accessories too. We never felt any pressure to purchase anything we didn’t want to, so the whole experience was so comfortable and positive! He was pleasant to chat with, and we all left with a smile. Thanks so much for the great service. We can’t wait to get our new bed.

We chose this store as it was free standing and most of the others in the area where in malls. That’s plus number one.

Plus number two was that we met Keith, our sales person. He was excellent, genuine and very personable. We know Sleep Number is a quality product. Keith took us through each step to identify our preferences and separate sleep numbers. There was absolutely no upselling. Just factual, informative discussion to find out our needs and then to let us know our options. Very nice sales experience! We were going to compare Sleep number and Temperapeutic but our experience with Keith and the quality of the Sleep number product made the difference! We would highly recommend this location and specifically Keith. We are very happy with our purchase, as well as, our experience!

This place is all about customer service. I came to check out for comparison, would up purchasing same day. Keith Bacon was personable, knowledgeable and extremely patient. I normally don’t write reviews, but I must say I have to take the time to write a thorough one to acknowledge the stellar customer service I received while visiting this store. I’ll start by saying when I first walked in, I had no intentions on purchasing a mattress that day. I just wanted to explore my options. I was actually more interested in Tempur-Pedic, but decided to stop by on a whim because I was in the area. Immediately when I walked in, I received a warm greeting from Keith Bacon. From the beginning, I let him know I was just exploring and didn’t want to make a purchase for a couple weeks. He treated me no differently than if I had said I was ready to buy right then and there. He walked me through all the benefits of sleep number and was very patient with me. He first educated me on how sleep number works by providing me a live demonstration to help me determine what my specific sleep number was and how all my pressure points were relieved. I laid on just about every mattress in the store trying to decide which was the best fit for me as he walked me through the differences of each one. He never got impatient with me, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I never felt pressured to make a purchase, but by the end of the process I was actually excited to make a purchase based on his knowledge and the experience that he gave me. He taught me about the product and gave me wisdom and relatable conversation that was above and beyond his job description. He spent so much time assisting me that I ended up staying there well past the time the store was supposed to close, but he never rushed me along. Not only did I purchase a mattress, I ended up buying pillows, sheets, and an adjustable frame as well. I cannot stress enough what a great, knowledgeable, and professional associate Keith is. He was even courteous enough to carry my bags to the car. I will be recommending Keith and this store to anyone I come across in the market for a mattress. If you have any reservations about visiting this store like I did, please negate them!

The sales person, Tracie, was both personable & knowledgeable. She made suggestions that were helpful and saved money. She did not push any items nor try to sell anything unnecessary.
