Great store, awesome experience. Everyone was inviting and friendly. Extremely knowledgeable in their product and walked us through pros and cons of the different inventory they carry. Took my bow in for service, and returned to buy my son a new bow. They were great with him and were patient as he was very excited to set up his first bow! Higher end product and equipment which has been missing in our area. Look forward to using them in the future.

Went in looking for a thumb release and the staff was super polite and knowledgeable. they let me try different ones and even gave some money off since i drove an hour to get to the place. they have solid inventory and selection from clothes to bows and accessories. i’m glad i found my new archery shop

I went to outdoor insiders today during the pre rut to get a new scope for my crossbow. I wanted to be back out in the woods. I have never in my life had a sales guy do patient, helpful and understanding as Steve in archery was today. We mounted the scope and got it all sighted in and he went the extra mile! They earned a customer for life today. Thanks again man!

This place has quickly became my go to shop for all my outdoor needs. I was hesitant at first about letting them work on my bow because it’s a new shop but after watching Steve do some work to another clients bow I no longer had any worries whatsoever. Steve takes pride in his work and wants your equipment working flawlessly! Every time I have entered the doors at the outdoor insiders I feel at home, the staff is so so friendly and super knowledgeable on the products they sell. I’m super excited to watch this store grow as I know they will only continue to get better and better even tho they are great now!

New, locally owned and operated shop. Called to check stock on a few bows, went there to check the place out after finding them online. The store is top notch from the decoration & stock, to the staff. Steve in the Pro Shop setup 4 bows in my price range all ready to shoot, left me with 4 arrows, and let me shoot till I found the one I liked best. I probably shot 100 arrows feeling the bows out and he was right there for any questions or concerns I had. They were VERY accommodating, professional, and it was an OUTSTANDING experience. I have bought bows at 3 other shops, NEVER had anyone go above and beyond like this, he even paper tuned the bow with me on the trigger. Customer for as long as they are open. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Round 2 with OI. My experience was no less as good as it was the first time around. I bought a bow from a friend that was in a tough spot, they took it in and squared it away in less than 2hrs. These people genuinely care about you and the work they do for you. They took my son in and guided him through what can be tough for a 14yr old and made it fun. He left with a bow I bought for me last year, tuned for him BY THEM, with a level of patience that I’ve never seen. And he left with a smile asking when we can go back. A business that makes you feel like family……..keep it up guys. You are what’s needed in this area.

Rd 3 at OI. Went with my cousin to get a new rifle because NYS is a royal pain in the YEP. Walked out with a rifle, shotgun, and bow. Outstanding service as always.

Top notch customer service! Ran into a bizarre issue with some arrows I purchased while at the Total Archery Challenge in Vermont. Their technician Steve called me right away after I reported the issue. He has not only been a consummate professional, but also made sure to find a resolution to the issue I reported.

Driving down 81 from NY to Scranton and noticed the building with the plane on it and wondered what it was. On the way back we stopped in to see. The place is beautifully done. The animals that are on display are jaw dropping. I didnt expect to see a giraffe when I walked through the doors! Lots of archery equipment and hunting supplies in stock. Nice indoor ranges to hone your abilities. Plenty of helpful and friendly staff on hand should you need any help

You will be hard pressed to find a store will more quality inventory with knowledgeable employees...place is a destination for a true sportsman...

I recently found this business while shopping online for rangefinders. I called the business on the phone and was told that they were a new company in Pennsylvania that was just starting out. I was assured that an online order would be packaged immediately by the man I was speaking with on the phone. I hung up and placed my online order. An hour later I received an email that my order had shipped. Four days later my item arrived in perfect condition. Top notch service and the price was the cheapest I found. Five stars all the way.

Let's hope that the wind won't blow too hard on that plane stuck on top of that building....
