We swapped over from Verizon and were beyond happy with our swap thanks to Maddie and their awesome customer service. T-Mobile hooked us up with updated phones and saved us over $90 month compared to Verizon! Their manager Domic was so supportive to the reps for not only our plan but others visiting the store! Thanks for the excellent service!

My husband and I came in the Friday before Christmas to upgrade our phones. The young girl and manager that helped us was professional, accommodating, and took the time to help upgrade our phones and get us the best value with a new plan. They were great!

I cannot even begin to tell you what a positive and informative experience I had at the T-Mobile Park City location. Kenny G had impeccable customer service and spent extra time showing me different features on my new device. He also gave me information about privacy and other settings and options in trying to decide between different plan options and the pros and cons between selecting an Android device vs. an Apple device. I live in the Salt Lake City valley, but I will definitely be taking the extra time to come to this location in particular, even though there are many other locations much closer to my home, as I just had a superb experience with Kenny. I am not great with technology, and he didn't make me feel dumb, and was not impatient, like some other locations and provider experiences I have had in the past. He took time, care, and really seemed to give me the very best recommendation for what I needed. If I could give a 10 star review, I would! Thanks Kenny G!!!! You are a rock star!

Kenny was fantastic to work with! We were switching service providers, and he hooked us up with two new phones and four lines in a very short amount of time. He did all this while multi-tasking, helping out other customers with their questions. He is super knowledgeable and was super helpful.

Jose at TMobile was a hero for my crazy family! We had an appointment to start a new line for my family - the original guy had to leave for an emergency, the manager called out sick. The poor guy was all by himself, starting 5 new lines, while a line started to form in the building. He remained patient, calm and very sweet. This location was super helpful with a complicated international phone number transfer. Not only did they dedicate time to my need, but they were true problem solvers in comparison to other mobile competitors who just said "Sorry, I don't know how to deal with this".
I would highly recommend asking for Kenny to help, he was dedicated to finding a solution, and valued my thoughts and solution ideas as well. In addition, Richard also stepped in to provide his experience with difficult cases. I am now an tmobile customer and have never been happier.

I had spent hours on the phone with T-Mobile and talked to multiple people about the problem my phone was having. I got nowhere with 14 different people. I went to my local T-Mobile store. Kenny replaced my SIM card easily and my phone has been acting fine. He easily multitasks. So if you go in there and he's the only one working, don't worry he'll be able to take care of you.

Just to clarify, T-Mobile sucks. Cellular data is real bad and the over the phone sales clerk was facetious in the quality of our cell plan. However, when we switched providers, there were a bunch of technical errors. 3 hours spent on the phone to no resolve.
Kenny, at this location, helped us out quickly and got the problems taken care of.

We were in the store on Saturday, March 19 to do a data transfer which can take a while. Blake was the only associate in the store and it was very busy. (We were in and out of the store for a couple of hours.) He was assisting 3 customers at a time and maintained a great demeanor. He provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable. SO Grateful to Marvin Flores for taking as much time as it took to get our two new set up and all the other steps required when switching over from Verizon, despite the fact that we ordered the phones from someone else on the phone. This “above and beyond” customer service has confirmed that ou switch to T-mobile was a good decision.

Amazing service Amazing Tyler, and the staff in the store. We purchased 2 phones as part of our trade in program. A week later one of the devices stop working. I call on the store and no hesitation they replace my phone within a few days. Thank you Tmobile team for your support

This is the best T-Mobile I’ve ever visited. Don’t let the negative reviews steer you away. I’ve been to this location enough times and worked with each of the employees including the manager and each and every one goes above and beyond to make sure the customer experience is excellent. I would do 10 stars If I could. Well educated staff, and TOP CLASS customer service.

Real professional staff! Not salesy, helpful, consultative. My family of four visited this store and spent about 30 mins with Lam. He gave great advice on T-Mobile's family plans and I switched soon thereafter as he was able to articulate my true costs if I swtiched - military plan, netflix free, tmobile tuesdays, etc. I would hire this guy! Keep up the good work.
