Hope Heals Community Freestore

Heard of this organization from a friend. Myself and my 2 children who are 7 and 4 just moved to the area with only warm clothes. We relocated here due to domestic violence back out west. As soon as we go into the parking lot, I was immediately turned away due to my children being 7 and 4. Was told they could not come inside. I tried to explain to the gentleman in the parking lot that my kids had no cold winter clothing, and they are cold and we were still turned away. All because of their ages. Trust me, if I didn’t need the help we wouldn’t have gone there. We came back to this town with four suitcases to our name and that’s it..

Update: The team at the store has gone above and beyond to correct the situation that I encountered. They are completely amazing there, and have no problems helping out people in need.

Very organized and wonderful people who work there! An overall great experience. I had 4 kids in 3.5 years, it's the little things like this company that bring joy! Looking forward to donating more clothes and finding little gems for my children. Thank you!

I think these people should get 10 stars! But since I can not do 10, 5 shall have to do. Very nice place, friendly people and FREE clothes! I mean who doesn't like FREE stuff?!

Love the store and what you all do! It’s such a fun place to go and the staff and owner are so nice. When you have a bad day this is always a good place to go because, you’ll find something to cheer you up.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had getting free clothes!! Like a dream come true!! What lady doesn’t like to get clothes for herself and her family and have a great time? The people who work there are super friendly and helpful and we enjoyed getting free clothes. Our family is quite large and it is refreshing to be able to get such nice things when it’s hard to otherwise. Hand me downs can only last so long.....😉 So thank you to all at Hope Heals!!!

What a fab place! Great prices (lol free), great selection, very clean and well organized. The clothes are in great shape! It's been such a blessing to our larger-than-average family to "shop" there! The volunteers are amazing and the amount of love and care they have for the community is heart warming! Love HH!

Great place to go to get FREE clothing in great condition! Not only do they give away clothes for free they get lots of donations for other things as well. They have the friendliest people there and it is always such a clean environment. They care about what it looks like and they care about the people who come there. Sweetest folks who work there!
