CVS

I went in for a simple passport photo that I needed ASAP for a visa. Taylor helped me and turned an experience I was dreading into one that was simple and easy. She took my photo and helped me upload it into the system; then helped me print it out and cut the 2x2 picture out for me. It took me less than 10 minutes despite google claiming it was during their "busy hours." There seem to be lots of negative reviews regarding the pharmacy but the front of house, customer service staff, really made the experience simple and enjoyable. I am grateful for the help and definitely plan on returning for any store side needs I may have.

This is a great CVS!! People are very helpful and kind. Very clean and found everything I was looking for. Blessed to have a CVS in our area!

Harris, Derrick, snd Brandon in the pharmacy are excellent representatives for the CVS company.BTW: this store plays the most annoying music all of the time!.

I have always had fantastic experiences at this CVS. This place is incredibly busy because it's centrally located and 24 hours a day. I think there are people that don't understand how busy they are and complain, but that staff works incredibly hard and deserve a lot of credit. The pharmacists are really responsive, in particular Kyle H. who has gone out of his way to handle complex issues I have had. If I knew everyone else's name I would also thank them, because they are all great. Thank you.

It seems to me that way too many people are complaining about their pharmacy, continuously.

Personally, if I was that unsatisfied by the service they receive from the pharmacy department....this is not the only 24 hour CVS in the area. So, maybe trying an alternative location would be your simple resolution. Just an obvious recommendation...
Regarding their customer service, I have been to this CVS so many times that I cannot even give you a general idea of exactly how many times! I’ve been here in the early morning, afternoon, evening, and even in the middle of the night. Never have I experienced customer service that made me so unsatisfied to the point that I resorted to a negative review as a result. In fact, I look forward to returning to this precise location rather than the one located closer to my home because of the excellent service I receive. Doesn’t matter what shift it is, the service I receive has never left me disappointed.

The people that say otherwise, simply need to take into consideration that this is NOT the one and only CVS pharmacy on the planet. No need to bash them because of someone’s unwillingness to try and alternative location. Give that a try, you will probably find yourself no longer writing these negative reviews :-)

UPDATE (7/20/19)- I am cautiously and optimistically updating my review. Ever since the renovations the pharmacy has been running so much more smoothly (possible more staff as well?) Line placement makes way more sense, but I rarely have to wait in line anymore. I used to never dare running in on a lunch break in fear of not making it in and out in time, but have now managed to pick up prescriptions twice during a lunch break with over 45 minutes to spare.

This CVS is clean and the staff are nice. There are one or two issues that need to be addressed, however, overall, it is convenient location, safe and the staff are actually working on improving its customer service. I have been using this CVS for over 11 years and I will continue to support this CVS location.

Cary Hendrix and Fred Bauer have no clue what great customer service is. This CVS Pharmacy is no doubt top in the country with its excellent customer service. Where else do they wrap your prescription with Plastic made out of 24 carat gold? That's right.

Customer service is outstanding especially from the man, the myth, the legend named Titus. He goes above and beyond to answer any questions plus knows how to apply extra care coupons properly. If you catch him outside of CVS he rolls hard on his 10 speed and spotify but still is a nice guy! By the way Titus is so bad ass he does not need the flu shot he is the vaccine!

I love my experience with CVS. The staff is friendly explains everything well and even will assist you with locating what you need.

I love the way the employees interact with the customer as well as each other it makes a stressful situation less stressful.

The pharmacy staff has always been professional and attentive. The drive thru line can take a long time but I’m very appreciate for the option since it’s challenging to bring small children in and out.

I came in to pick up photos that I had printed from my phone. I wasn’t sure the quality, but I was so surprised! Not only did the pics turn out great, Tyler helped me get out of there super fast and was very friendly. Will definitely use the photo service again.

The nurse practioner at the minute clinic, Linda, was really nice and very understanding. I was a bit impatient but eventually she saw me and I was treated right away.

Walked up to the pharmacy counter Saturday morning, no line, walked out with my prescription in 3 minutes

This is the best CVS in the Crofton/Severn/Bowie area. The manager there, Lindsey, is simply outstanding to say the least.

Love they are open 24 hrs. I can go in at 5:30 on my way to work,and be in and out!!!

My favorite 24 hour store. GREAT STAFF, expensive, but affordable with extra care bucks - get their store savings card.

Kind, helpful service in both the the pharmacy and store.
