Kim is the greatest thing to ever happen to Salon Centric. Her knowledge is well above everything else. She also remembers every single customers name, which in itself is an amazing feat. If you need to shop anywhere, shop at Salon Centric Madison. You won't be disappointed. There is no one like Kim!

I have been to too many supply stores over the years where the workers don't know the product their selling. Kim is Awsome♡ She is easy to talk to & knows her Business!! But she won't let me have her lil Pink Redken Bag 🙄 Gotta Love Her Anyway♡

I thoroughly enjoy my weekly visits to the store since Kim became manager. She is always cheerful, professional, and knowledgeable. She keeps the store immaculate and by far the best manager they have had in the 10+ years I have been going.

Kim is the best!!! She’s always smiling and very helpful whenever I need her!!! She’s definitely one of the best people for Salon centric! Very knowledgeable and helpful! Always greets me by name as soon as I walk through the door!

I enjoy the Madison store very much...I've known Kim through this store for a very long while. She really knows us, is knowledgeable, always helpful and is super sweet. My overall experience has been great. The newer girl, Cindy is doing a great job, as well. Thank you all 🙋‍♀

First time in this Salon Centric as we moved states and Kim was super helpful! I was there to get the new line of Pulp Riot and she could see I couldn’t find what I was looking for, and went above and beyond to find what I needed in back and looked for a couple other things for me. Will definitely be back here as most places I’ve been to they are not that friendly.

So helpful, so friendly they definitely go above and beyond. Kim, the manager has worked, wonders on the store and brought an energy of peace and love that was much needed. It may be a franchise, but it’s giving small business hospitality.

I want to start this with yesterday I saw another customer unfortunately acting incredibly rude and treating the employees with absolutely no respect, with that I want to recognize how professional Kim was able to handle that. Not once did her level of professionalism waver despite how she was treated and talked down to. I really hope the owners of this franchise understand how lucky they are to have such an amazing woman working there for them! I have personally never had an issue shopping there and always feel respected when I walk into that location. Kim has always made my shopping experience there amazing which keeps me coming back regardless of a competitive store being down the road! Keep up the amazing work ladies!

Kim was very friendly and patient with us as we worked through licensing issues. When we couldn’t find the brand we were looking for, she recommended an alternative. Thanks for being so helpful and kind.

Kim, the owner as I understood it, greeted every customer with a smile and blessing. I was shocked how she knew each name that walked through the door.
This will br my go to location as she was also well educated in the products she had in store and able to help me navigate through what was best for my stylists!

Kim is the BEST!!!!! Every time I’m in there, she remembers me, always helps me, and put her customers first. I’ve never had a retail experience like I have with her. She’s the kindest and warmest soul. I always look forward to going and get my product because I get to see her. The store is clean, and stocked! (Covid and distribution is not their fault)

I would never have given this store 5 stars in the past, past being pre-kim as manager. Since she has taken over, the store has improved greatly! Her knowledge is always helpful, she keeps the store clean and stocked and her kindness to me personally has gone a long way! I hope that she is well taken care of because she deserves it!
