I went for a new iPad and Taliya helped me with everything! She was very thorough and patient..and lord knows I ask a lot of questions! She was very polite and set my sons new iPad up and everything!! The whole process was quick and painless and I left with an understanding of my purchase. The store was very clean and her coworkers were friendly as well. This is a great T-Mobile store!

I went into this store dealing with a pretty difficult situation that I wont go into here, but it has been an issue since July and noone at customer service/care could help me over the phone.
When I showed up to this location, I was a lost customer. My intent was to leave there and never deal with TM again.
Long story short, the staff at this location saved me as a customer and then some. I only had to explain my situation one time, and they were ALL OVER IT. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Way to go, TM!

I remember walking in to the store not knowing what to expect. This was my second T-Mobile store after having a very unpleasant visit in the first one where the ladies that I met, lacked good customer service for lack of better words. I really needed to buy my gadgets that day if possible. As I opened the door to my second store visit, I was surprised to hear a very friendly voice greeting me as he approached me, which was great because in my mind I was like, okay great, he’s ready to help me . This particular man was none other than Dave Herbst, first of all, big up to you Dave!. You were very helpful to me and more so great customer service from you.
Dave was keen to listen and understand my needs for the specific items that I needed to purchase. He promoted a very warm, positive and friendly environment for me to conclude doing my purchase there. Dave was kind enough to see that I was satisfied with my purchase and went out and beyond to see to that even after I received my items as he helped me with all the set ups.
I’m currently enjoying my iPhone and iPad.

I went in the store frustrated and left out laughing. The team is awesome. They took care of my issue with a smile and complete professionalism. They provide the best customer service.

Dave H. was very helpful in putting my life back together. My phone got destroyed by water. I thought my life was over. Never realized all the information we rely on in our phone. Dave sat patiently and helped me restore all my information. I left the store with a big smile on my face.

Had a great experience at the Sprint Store (Roswell location) Dominick A. was extremely helpful assisting me with securing a Christmas gift! I even took advantage of the holiday special for accessory watches! Customer service was great and Dominick was a great guy to connect with!

Jessica and dominick were both very helpful and patient with helping me today. I was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy the showed me as well as their proficiency in solving the issues i needed to be addressed. I would recommend this store to anyone needing help with their sprint phones and service.

David Herbst was great he helped us out with our upgrades and getting new lines added. Definitely recommend.

Loved my experience here. I've been with Verizon for years, and approached several other carriers, but Sprint is the one that won me over. My wife will be changing over with me soon. Of course they are there to sell things, but the manner in which they carried themselves was really refreshing for a sales environment. If every experience I have with Sprint is like that, I'll never leave.

Siera is the best employee at the store! Very patient, very smart, and very helpful! I have been working with her before the new change to T-mobile. I will to continue to come and see her she does an awesome job!

I went into the store today for a phone repair and ended up having such a great experience!! The service that I got from Wilson and Malik was absolutely beyond my expectations. I have never smiled and laughed so much in a Sprint store, or any other cellular store!! They went out of their way to help me and answer all my questions. Wilson was so kind and patient and I genuinely enjoyed our interaction! I couldn't remember my password and Malik wouldn't stop trying until he figured it out, and he did!! I will drive all the way from Cumming to this store every time for this exceptional customer service!!!! These boys need a raise!!!! 😉

If god could deliver quality customer service I don’t think I’d would even come close to my experience which I had with Casey Hudler. One morning I decided to stop by this local Sprint store near my house I had no intention on switching to Sprint by any means. As I was walking into this location I was greeted with a warm welcoming by Casey Hudler the store manager. Casey talked to me like a human he asked me what my lifestyle was like and why I was so adamant on not switching to Sprint. Casey decided to give me a thirty day trial with five IPhone XS maxes 256 gigs with 5 Sprint drives. We decided to test out the company and see if Sprint would work for me and boy am I happier than ever. Sprint works great for me and I am thinking about purchasing 5 Moreno iPhone XS Maxes 256 gbs for my business. I will definitely be stopping by this location again. Casey you are a peach and I love working with you I might just say I love you but only time will tell

I’m not sure why there are reviews on here that say the staff at this store aren’t helpful or are rude. I’ve been in here several times over the last few weeks. I’ve been having problems with my iPhone 6s. Cici, Jennifer, and Matthew were all very helpful and nice. They explained everything very clearly to me. I’m sure that because I took a little longer to restore my phone to the iOS 13, it took them longer and made it a pain, but they never said a word except to let me know that I would have to take the beta iOS 14 off my phone in order to complete my repair process. Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous!!! Thank you so much!!!

There were very helpful. They were short staffed but for the first time no one was rude or trying to rush me out. The manager was kind. But Andy Gutierrez was the real MVP. He was patient w me even tho I was ask I g a ton of questions. If u go there ask for him. Except on Sundays. He won't b.s. you either.

Tisha the manager here is awsome! She is always going above beyond the call. She always remembers me by name.

Hello everybody.....I strongly believe in people having bad days every now and then, but I am 100% sure that the reviews about this Sprint store are out of order...out of date....and are posted by people that simply had a bad day.
Me and my family we all have been dealing with this particular store since October 2014, and have nothing but good experiences...It's true, one time there was a delay in service, but the end results were fantastic.....We have deal with many employees at this particular store....I remember the first associates we deal with were Omar and Carolina, and we had a great experience, we had 2 issues and all we have to do was walk in to the store and that's it.....problem solved.
2 weeks ago we went to check out the new phones, because we where getting close for an upgrade, and we saw Omar, ( still there ) but he was busy....then we got Tammy and Zac.....it couldn't get any better.....the friendly welcome and the professionalism shown by this 2 individuals are simply WORLD CLASS SERVICE.
Also part of the team are Erick, Terrence......and I'm sorry I don't remember everybody's name...they all were willing to jump and help at any giving moment.....
So, my recommendation is......if you are having a bad day, a bad situation....don't jump into the internet and talk trash about people, remember....when you write, you are a lot stronger....but when you talk in person and with respect, you achieve more.
For you people out there, please don't believe all this negative reviews.....visit the store for yourself and see ANY associate....( hopefully you will get lucky and get one of the ones I mentioned )....
