AT&T Store

If we could give more stars we would. Emily, the store manager took good care of us. Her and Sirena gave us great service we went in and went back out the same all within the same hour.

Excellent service by Eric, in the Cypress, TX location. Went again yesterday to Farm to Market Rd. 1960 & 290 next door to Academy Sports store.
Only purchased a couple of item's
due the employee's @ that location are only used to I-phones. None of the employee's did not know anything about Samsung Ultra + unfortunately😒
They just sold me a couple of item's I needed! Employee messed upped putting on the screen protector too.
My screen protector has bubbles 🫧 underneath it now!
He refused to peal it off and use another one, he told me just go to the website🙄 of the manufacturer!
I'm disabled and they all to told me I'd be better off going to the Samsung store located in Galleria Mall!
Honestly, that place is Huge!
Not sure where the Samsung store is even located in Galleria Mall either🤔

Unfortunately I'm in pain😢 almost every day. Yesterday Day just going to the AT&T store took a lot out of me & I'm hurting terribly & feel bad today!😫
No way can I makes to Galleria Mall today!😫 Probably have to wait until Sunday to go to Samsung store now🙄

Trying to switch from T-mobile to At&t for the past couple of months with bad experience with other stores. Decided to try again at this location and with the help from Kevin and Bryan it was quick and smooth. Thank you guys for having such great customer service. 😊.

Today I stayed with AT&T because of my salesman Bryan at the Fairfield store in Fairfield TEXAS. He was very Awesome, he was able to convince me to stay with AT&T by finding my discounts and showing me how I can upgrade my phone. I will be doing that next. He was really kind and patient with me and he was a really good listener as well. I am so happy and because of Bryan I will be purchasing an Apple Watch and upgrading my iPhone 12 Pro Max to the new iPhone 15! His recommendations are great and I trust his judgement after communicating with him about my needs.

My wife and I Came in and Spoke with Bryan. He sold me a new iPhone. It was a pleasant, fast, and exemplary experience. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and was able to get me in and out in a timely manner. Thank you for the seamless experience! AT&T needs to keep and promote guys like him!

This store is the best in Cypress I've been to another stores this one is the best BRIAN is an amazing guy he helped me with evrything he's very knowledgeable and expert in evrything strongly recommended

Nancy was extremely helpful in solving a complicated situation. We tried to work it out yesterday and Jesus was helpful as well, finding a better plan for us in the process. We can’t thank them enough for their expertise and professionalism.

Lorena was awesome. I just transferred over from t mobile after 22 years, I set everything up at the sams club on 290 and west rd with an associate named Coby. Horrible location I was told my bill would be 165.00 a month and my bill was 561.00. She took the time to explain and go over my bill. Long story short I left satisfied. Will never go back to other location after dealing with Lorena. I give her a 10 for her service.

Went into the store yesterday around 5ish and the two young men that helped me were super patient and helpful explaining the promotions and helping me check out.There was a little technology problem at checkout with the iPads but this was something out of the control of the young men, who made the best of the situation. As I left they even offered me to come back and get help transferring data from one phone to another when my new phone came in. Keep up the great work!

I went in to pay my bill and inquire about a phone and he actually gave me better options than I expected and let me know information about getting my screen fixed that I had no idea about. I’m going back Friday to also upgrade services and will only see Adam Perez because his customer service skills were among the best I’ve experienced. The whole location is a great location with great staff as a whole. Also I hope y’all get Adam his own cards for the store because he deserves them. I asked for a card but he had to write his Info on it because he didn’t have any.

After an awful experience with xfinity (which I had for two weeks!) I switched to AT&T. I looked up what I wanted online but ended up going into this location to get some questions answered and verify some facts. That’s where I met Wes. He was very informative and helped me pick the package that worked for me. He even helped with changing feature to figure out the best option. When the In store prices didn’t match up with online or the bonus gift card was less he got on the phone and fixed everything for me and was friendly the whole time. When another customer walked in I was like you can help her, he had someone else help her and stated I was his most important customer right then. His Assistant manager helped make sure everything was exactly perfect. I highly recommend this location online is convenient but there is no Substitution for excellent customer service

Best far one the best and friendliness AT&T store I been too the staff were really nice and attentive greeting me in and I was help by the manager Tin who educated me what services AT&T had to offer at my resident and must say I’m enjoying his recommendation because my son who loves to game can tell the differences in speed from my previous provider. Thanks Tin will definitely be back to see you!
