Joey was the one who helped me today, had it great customer service, and good report. I had a few simple questions. He was very kind and came out to my car to triple check to make sure I was looking for the correct part. (Appreciated that!) across the street was not very helpful and I’m happy to have been able to resolve my issue.

Michael S greeted me as I came in and helped me get what I needed and checked out in a timely manner. Great service.

John the store manager was very helpful! He replaced my key battery, my headlight. He is very patient very professional. I will come here again!

I just wanted to recognize John @ the 204th Location in Arlington. I was treated exceptionally with excellent customer service. My exchange was handled so well. You need to have more employees just like John. Keep up the great old fashioned customer service.

I need to say something good about one of your employees at the Arlington Auto Zone store # 3373 Employee Joey. I had been in the store the day before and needed shoes for my car, it called for two different shoes, the differences in the width size was only 3 decimal points difference both lengths were exactly the same, really too hard to see with the eyes, we used a ruler and thought we got the right one compared to my original that I brought in. When I got home to my dismay, we had put one of the shoes in the wrong box while we were measuring them, I believe this was more my fault than the employees. The next day I bring them back and explained to Joey that one shoe was wrong. I was very impressed with Joeys ability to immediately go into the computer screen, and he could see the problem right away and corrected it. Joey said to the manager that was standing by, said we need to inform each of the employees to learn to look at the computer screen when there is a problem like this so this sort of thing does not happen again. He figured out right away that if the next person came in to order the other size shoes, they would have again been inconvenienced to find out when they got home they had the wrong shoe in the box. Thank you, Joey, for being so observant and it was also was very nice that your attitude was very heartwarming. Very Professional made me want to come back!

Not only was he educated on products he as well stepped foot outside to assist me with my tires and windshield issue. I'll definitely return to this AutoZone for future Auto needs. The staff at this particular AutoZone is phenomenal. Cassie is a standout manager and goes the extra mile to help me with all my automotive needs. Shout-out to Joey and Ray too. This is always my first stop if I need something for my fleet of Subarus.

Store #3373 Jan always greets us when we come in and gets us the correct parts the first time, even if the part is hard to find. She even says hi to other people as they come in while still helping us.

Amazing friendly staff and manager. Needed a rear window wiper that was out of stock elsewhere and this location had it. Even received assistance with install. Had not replaced this one before so it was abit tricky on my model suv. Fit like a glove. Awesome service...above and beyond with a smile.

First cashier could not find the right part, was wise enough to hand me off to another gentleman who found the right part very quickly. I would definitely go here again. They seem super knowledgeable

Excellent, they had the alternator i needed for my car, in stock and not an arm and a leg. Very curious over the phone found the part quickly and had it set aside for me so all I had to do was walk in verify the part, give them my core, pay, and I was on my way to install it. Very satisfied.

I've been here several times since moving to Granite Falls and the service is always excellent (sign of good store management! ! )
I was particularly impressed with Jared, one day, because he was genuinely happy to help. He seemed to love his job and care about the people he helps. I told him right away that I was there for free stuff and unable financially ,that day, to purchase the part should the free diagnostics prove it necessary. It didn't matter a bit to him. He smiled and grabbed his code reader immediately and got right to it. I also had brought in a starter to have bench tested, which failed miserably. My neighbor (who's car he read codes from) was also impressed enough that she insisted that she buy the starter so that Jared got the sale. He then cheerfully bench tested the new starter at my request. I'll always go here first

I got the correct parts and even earned $20 toward my next purchase. Sometimes they dont ask for the phone number so you have to make sure to remind them that you want to put in your phone number so you get credit. Friendly, quick customer service.

The employee was very very friendly and helpful when I had to exchange my coolant reservoir!! But advice: don't buy their coolant reservoirs unless you wanna replace it every 6 months! Buy oem!
