Dominic Davis and Zackery Byrd gave an OUTSTANDING service with EXCELLENT product knowledge... I first arrived and was greeted at the door by both men, both these guys have hands on experience with almost all products in store and will give you honest reviews for an excellent customer experience and they have very detailed information about each product so you find EXACTLY what you are looking for...I was looking to get a refund on a headset that i purchased months ago online but never received it in store due to the order being cancelled by an employee that no longer works there...Zackery was on the phone for 2 HOURS with customer service trying to get the matter resolved and the entire time was apologizing to me for the long wait...the problem was resolved, the money was refunded to a gift card, so i purchased a new headset in store...the people that work at this store now are not the same people worked here previously and i am happy for that, now i will be coming from Carlsbad just to shop at this gamestop

We had our son's PlayStation cleaned at a store in Humble Texas where the lady just destroyed it Where in the first place they didn't supposed to do this type of work we got lucky that our home didn't catched on fire
GameStop store in Hobbs NM took great care of us great customer service as well

I can't say enough about our recent experience with gamestop here in Hobbs! Mandy quickly resolved our issues we were having with my son's PS4! She and her staff are very professional and knowledgeable! Her staff member (I believe his name is Lorenzo) was very helpful, and took the time to explain some things to my son that he did not understand! I've not been a fan of this store in the past and often times traveled to Lubbock but after our recent experience (hopefully it stays this way) we will definitely go back for our future purchases!

Mandy Tollefson in this location was incredible! I had an unfortunate situation in Houston where my game console was broken and when I took it to this location and she rectified the situation! We really appreciate her attentiveness and dedication to providing the best service possible. Thank you! Game Stop has our business for life!

No doubt in my mind. This specific GameStop is my favorite one. I have lived in Colorado for a while and visited a gamestop frequently even still. These guys in Hobbs know my name and are the best to talk to. Very considerate people hardly every let me down. If you don't get these nice experiences it's ironically because the way you treat them.

Got the ps4 and xbox series x at a reasonable price and time always stocked and grate serves plus they keep the store cleaner than other game stops i have ben to

Very nice and helpful people it's small town so I can't really blame them for corprate issues like midnight releases but they at least do them for really important games

I love the variety of games but I would like another Gamestop. This 'new' Gamestop idea of mine involves a store where 3/4ths of the store would sell games and the other 1/4 has tables and chairs set up where people can play card games. This idea came to me because my town had a store that sold cards and War Machine stuff but unfortunately closed, then Hastings did the same thing but then it closed. Now, we have a church that a freind of my dad goes to thwt does Card games every Friday and so I went into my local Gamestop and saw Pokemon and Magic The Gathering and Yu Gi Oh and thought about a store in which there was a section for game night/day

You can't say enough about GameStop friendliest employees in the world helpful is all get out I highly recommend them

It is a gamestop, good deals buying games. Kinda slow at check out. 15 minute to buy a console is too long. Store needs a kiosks. But over all good little store.
