There are a sad few bookstores in WV, but this is a good one. Staff has always gone out of their way to help even when not asked.

Nice selection of books, magazines, toys, book bags, gifts, accessories, etc. Prices seem a bit more than expected but good selection.

It's like Barns N Noble. Books and more. My kids like the toys and entertainment sections. Lots of pop culture nick-nacks. I found some good deals on books. They have a rewards program, too.

Was clean displays were engaging and the books are amazing. All I needed was a big comfy chair and I was in a relaxed place. Vibes were stellar and relaxing. Thanks a Million.

If you love books, this is your new home. Walking in the door, I could smell the books. You won't get that online.
They have a great selection of cards as well as sundry interesting things.

Just a great variety of books, games, magazines and so much more. I'd go broke if I stay in there for to long. Lol just kidding but I have spent long periods of time here and usually never have a problem with something that peaks my interest 😍

This place is always clean and stocked great. Staff friendly and helpful. Alot of cool little items at the register some things can be a bit pricey and I can find slightly cheaper on Amazon but I want these guys to stick around so I'm always happy to support them!! And they are so versatile.

A great large selection of books and super friendly staff. I stopped here several times a year when I was local. I always found something good to read and a very large selection to find something for everyone. The last time I visited they had added movies which was an excellent add to the store!!

This place was absolutely amazing. When I took my daughter to look for some manga, which she found plus more, I thought it would be simply all books and maybe magazines, I was so wrong. The selection of things here was something else, we spent 2 hours and still didn't really see everything. We got several different English manga, board games, and some really great art works. I am going back to do some Christmas shopping here. I was really surprised and the prices weren't to expensive either. So if you have time its really interesting place to shop. I would definitely recommend.

Took a walk in here while waiting for dinner. The store was nice and clean, and the displays were well-organized. It was easy to find the magazine I was looking for, and plenty of books for the kids. We even picked up a few games to play. The cashier was quick , friendly, and knowledgeable.

Love this store for new and used books. They have so many books and so much other merch for all ages. Books are reasonably priced and as a varocious reader I'm sure glad of that. Staff is helpful and friendly. Store is clean and just pleasant. I could stay there for hours, leaving broke though lol because there's just so many books and awesome things to buy.

Highly recommend. We drive quite a ways to shop at this store although we have one very close to us. It's not awesome nor sells used books like this one does.

Today, a woman named Sherry helped me through the store. She did a fantastic job, she found everything I needed so quickly. She was so much help!! Great store, shout out to Sherry for doing such a great job!! Y’all give that lady a raise!! And if you’re there, ask Sherry for help!!

Huge selection of books on just about any subject you can come up with. They also have a variety of other items like vinyl records, pop culture toys and seasonal products as well. It's a big bookstore, but it's very relaxed. You can stroll through and take your time browsing for something new or head right to the section for a specific book you're looking for. Either way, the staff were very friendly and eager to help. I think it's a great place to purchase books and other items in person as opposed to online.

This location is pretty well staffed and stocked. Almost every time the book I’m after is in stock. We are BAM members and I’m always getting a deal. Every once in a while we’ll get some frozen yogurt ,and even though we pay a small fortune ,it’s very good and the place is clean. Keep up the good work guys and gals👌🏻👍🏻

I love this store. I love to read. I am never disappointed when I go into BAM. I find what I want, and usually a lot more than I needed. Haha. Good customer service. The staff can help you find your book and recommend others. The store is very well stocked, and roomy.

Currently a manga series that's spiked in popularity has inflated in pricing online so I checked BAM, still same price since before the spike. Everything there was super tidy and organized. If there's a book you've been wanting, here where's to get it.

Book-a-million is one of my favorite stores. I like to look at the toys, books, DVDs, and they're not crowded anytime. People don't appreciate the value of books anymore. I hope they stick around for years to come. Their used book section is particularly good. There is always a treasure to find for my bookshelf.

I could seriously shop around this store all day! And on the plus side, the employees are super nice!

Love books a million, I think I've been going to this location since I was at least 14 and I am still quite fond of roaming around/looking at books, I have bought several vinyl records from you just this past year. It's a shame there is no longer a coffee shop, at the moment it's froyo.

I really have to compliment the staff at this location. They are always helpful in finding what I'm looking for or ordering it if a title isn't in stock.
The only improvement I would make to the store itself is that they need a section specifically for authors from our state.
