I just got test products the other day. I purchased enough to get free shipping which turned out to be only like 4 days! Super fast. (Well faster than I was expecting) I was blown away by the products quality, color, and pricing. (I got 6 different types of LED bubble blower toys) The bubbles continue to come out unlike some I got at another store. I will be purchasing again soon! Very highly rated in my opinion. (A plus for me is they all come in their own packaging!!)

I ordered 24 light swords for party favors for my daughter's birthday on a Sunday night. The swords arrived on Wednesday. The swords are great. The value can't be beat. I am a very satisfied customer. I will definitely be buying more items in the future.

Awesome products and customer service

I would not recommend doing business with this company. I ordered a large quantity of swords from them, 2 days later I called in the verify their shipping times, only to be told they are doing fraud verification - no problem there, but I was never asked to verify anything, never asked to present any information, but then got a call say layer stating that there is a high probably that my transaction is fraud with no explanation why !!! So someone in their office decide to look at my name and address and decided “yup that’s fraud”. Completely discriminatory, unethical and poor business dealings. To accuse someone of fraud with no veritable evidence is absurd. Then they proceed to tell me to add my shipping address as an alternative shipping address on my card - none of my cards saves shipping addresses, I can ship anywhere in the world if I choose to, the only thing that needs to match is the billing address. A bunch of incompetent people making personal assumptions and baseless accusations. Never again !

I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but people need to know about how this company chooses to do business. I purchased from Premier Glow and over 30% of the products either did not work, were broken/cracked, or had significant marring. Owner, Jeremy, stated there was no way possible for the defect rate to be so high and that I was being too picky. (A small representation of these defects are shown in the photos. Others were missing balls altogether or would not even light up or spin even with batteries being replaced! Would you accept those if you purchased them??) So, my staff and I took the time to video or photograph each defective item, which we should not have had to do. Even after this, he refused to issue a refund for over 10% of the defective products, imposed a 25% restocking fee even though it wasn't listed on the return policy page, and insisted that I pay to return all merchandise.

Please, please, consider another company for your purchases! Very poor product quality and poor customer service. There are other companies out there with quality products they stand behind, good prices, and good customer service!
