Great experience at this location. Mike was extremely helpful in going over plan options, warranties, physical protection accessories and setting up a new phone for my mother. He even gave me a follow up call to see how everything was working out. Sterling was also great with helping me out on some app issues on the old phone. Great place with great people.

The store was easy to locate and very clean. Jake helped us with our transition from AT&T and made it feel seamless. He thoroughly went through all of the available options and discounts. He was a pleasure to deal with during the whole process. I would recommend this location.

We experienced a billing error after purchasing a new phone. More than 10 contacts later we met Justin. He resolved the situation promptly. He is fabulous and highly recommended.

I was transferring services. I went to a corporate store and began the process but they completely botched it. I resulted in going to this Verizon location and walked out completely happy as a customer. If you ever need a recommendation on someone. I highly recommend Justin!!!! He was a life saver and helped me with everything that the other store completely messed up.

The kind and caring staff of the Flourtown, PA Verizon store have helped me to maintain some stability in what has literally been a devastating 6 weeks.
Family members were ill, the death of a loved one, lost a smartphone (found after 2 weeks), scams and potential hackers.
Jeremy, Sean and Corey all gave outstanding customer service when I needed it most and could barely think straight. They eliminated as much worry as they could while offering help and reassurance.
All 3 gentlemen went above and beyond but I would like to especially thank Jeremy since I was such an emotional wreck when I came in. I couldn't even talk without choking up and he compassionately resolved my most pressing issues.

I was very happy with the service that I received from Steve at the Verizon store. He fixed my phone and explains a lot of details to me that I did not understand before I appreciate his service.

Phenomenal is the best way I can describe my recent, very positive experience @ this Verizon Wireless location. Steve went above and beyond to provide me with everything involved in my greatly needed iPhone upgrade. He honored the sense of urgency I had with courtesy, expertise, knowledge, and expedience, beginning with my inquiry call, visit to the store for mobile device set~up, and his follow~up call to ensure that all was well, and it was indeed…thank you Steve! He gave me great peace of mind in the entire process. I highly recommend Steve and this store to anyone! Tim & Corey were helpful
too in our brief customer service interactions as well.

We had to get my dad set up with a new phone. We went to this location and worked with Justin. He could not have been more professional and helpful. He streamlined the whole process and made the transition a breeze. He explained all the changes to my dad's account and gave great recommendations for phones, cases and screen protectors. He made a process I expected to be a nightmare, easier then I could have expected. We will use this store in the future for all of my dad's phone needs in the future due to his due diligence. Great service!

Very impressed with the level of professionalism and efficiency at this location. Sterling was excellent today and was able to change my plan and screen protector in less than 10 minutes! I initially was hoping Cory was working today as he was superb during my last visit to this location, but Sterling was just as pleasant and very helpful. I also admired the renovations inside - very modern with clean lines and no clutter. I will be back in future with high expectations and confidence in continued care thanks for Sterling and Cory!

Anthony was my attendant when I needed help with a variety of computer issues. He was exceptional in all facets and did not excuse one issue. I have only the highest regard for him and he raised my expectations of Verizon service. Thank you.

Me and my dad went to get new phones for both of us and Corey could not have been more helpful! Very knowledgeable and really had our best interest in mind.

Anthony was amazing! I had an iPhone 8 that was cracked and barely could hold onto battery. He effectively walked me through the steps of upgrading and checked in my family’s fios account and provide information on how he could lower their rate. In addition, he went above and beyond and found that my boyfriend was paying extra and provide helpful next steps to remove the additional charge! The phone backup took an hour but it felt super quick! He was patient, thoughtful, and efficient! Anthony is the Verizon guy! Go to him!

Cory is amazing! I came to the store very upset! I knew I totally damaged my cell phone & knew that a new phone is expensive. He then proceeded to tell me my options & a rebate was available! He is kind, patient & extremely thoughtful. He made sure I had all of my info transferred before I let.. Great employee, Great asset to your company.
