Boot Barn

This was my first experience purchasing western wear. I had no real ideas on what to purchase my boyfriend. The staff there gave excellent suggestions and helped me pick out the perfect gift which he loved. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for anything western.

I came to find some boots and was met by Claudel. She was very nice and helpful. They have a lot of inventory. Will definitely visit again soon.

The best, nicest store in the whole Bay Area in my opinion. The prices are fair. The people are old school polite and respectful & it’s like a breath of fresh air.

My. Favorite. Store. Hands. Down. I love the jewelry here and the sale rack. The boot selection is nuts. Got this jacket and all this jewelry there (not the rings). They have great clearances when offered and a points program too. Yay.

Great place to get all your work related items. And Juan is amazing at fixing or setting up your hats for you. Friendly and knowledgeable staff

I love this place because it has so much to offer! I'm not much of a shopper, but going into this store makes me want to stay half a day and spend more money than I have! LOL. The people are always friendly and helpful and it's a clean store that has about everything you could want in Western Wear, and even more. I just wish it was closer to my house.

I had a great experience here. Claudel and Raquel are incredibly friendly and helpful associates. It's hard for me to find boots that fit but they really helped me out.

Five stars definitely the gentleman that helped me was very pleasant and the girl who rang me up also asked if she could help when I was looking at clothes I found a pair of boots that fit me. Which is hard to do sometimes because I wear a size 10. I also found two lovely tops which fit perfectly I will definitely go back and jump some more my only complaint is that you don't have enough short boots for women in size 10. It was a very nice experience and I am very pleased with my purchases.

Biggest selection and best prices for work wear I've seen in the area. It was easy to find exactly what I was after, staff was extremely helpful, and the Carhartt jacket I bought cost less than most places online. I'll be back any time I need a hardhat, work pants, gloves, or socks. Highly recommend.

If you're into Western wear, there aren't many places like this. Their selection of boots is good, though I haven't purchased any there. I tend to shop for those online at outlets like Country Outfitter for a much larger selection, but I can make free returns for boots I try through the Boot Barn.

First time shopping here and had the best experience! Everyone was so helpful and friendly! Highly recommend. They have a huge selection for great prices too!

Wendy is the best assistant manager I have ever met. She was so passionate and kind. I feel very apologetic for what she had to go through with the online credit company. They did not help at all and she used her own wits to find out how to let me use my brand new boot barn credit card. I want her to be recognized for all that she had to deal with and still keep a smile on her face. She is the best hands down. Boot barn 32.

I shop often at Boot Barn. Service varries by location. I have shopped Chico, Cordillia, Roseville and Reno.
Except for Reno, I have always been treated well and received exceptional service. I have been to the Reno store twice. They are terrible. I have never been greeted, offered help and have had to go so far as to seek out someone in the back room. I have seen two employees within 15 feet of where I was standing visiting with each other. I'm sure if I could check myself out they would have let me do that too. There were only a couple of people in the store either time. Shop someplace other than the Reno store.
The other stores I have visited have always provided me with outstanding service.
