Went in there for the first time today. Extremely clean, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Took the time to show me how the product I was looking at worked, and they have sooooo much more in stock than my local vape shops! Will definitely be making the extra drive to go here from now on!

Ordered some Breezetones coils online from these guys but ordered the wrong size. Called back the next day to see if I could change it last minute although I didn’t have much hope. Not only did they gladly change my order literally when the guy was about mail my package but they were kind and professional from the second they answered the phone and their main priority was making sure I was happy and got what I needed. Will is very kind and the most knowledgeable in the area, which is something you won't find at most other vape shops in the area. He has a good selection and juice and the best selection of devices. He also has a large selection of stuff for medical patients.

Great place. Prices are better than most shops. Cheapest place to buy batteries. Wide variety of vapes to choose from. They also have tons of glass pieces. The staff is very helpful and will answer any question to the best of their knowledge. If your new to vaping or you want to start, then I highly recommend this shop. Will be going here for now on.

DC was so kind and very knowledgeable about all things vape-related. told him i was looking for desserty flavors, and he suggested some flavors that knocked my socks clean off my feet! the Toffee Custard from Bottled Violence is one of the two BEST custards you can get nowadays, in my opinion.

the owner, Will, is one of the coolest and most knowledgeable dudes you'll ever meet; so it makes sense he would have an all-star staff working for him. the shop has a really cool atmosphere, and the music they play is phenomenal. as a manager of a vape shop myself, i could say with confidence that Steel Valley Vapors is easily one of the best shops (if not the best) on Earth.

First of all VERY professional and by the book, no nonsense shop. Both employees was very helpful and the owner made me feel like more than just a customer. I’ve been smoke free for 4 days with little to no withdrawals thanks to steel valley vapors. One thing everyone needs to know is bring your ID! I’m almost 50 and the employees were cool about getting my ID the explained it’s the law and they apologized. Give these people a chance they can and are a huge help. I’ll be back that’s for sure!!!! As new vapors we went into it with little knowledge. Unfortunately, we purchased our mods from a different shop. Huge mistake! The place we went just wanted to make the sale. They were not able to answer our questions. The shop we went to didn't have everything we needed in stock, so we had to make another stop. This time it was Steel Valley Vapors. What a great place to go!! We walked in and we're greeted as if we were part of the family. The man who runs the place answered all of our questions and explained in a way that he made sure we understood. Knowing that we spent a lot more money at a different shop didn't change how he perceived us as customers. We will never go anywhere else again!
