SEPHORA at Kohl's

Tinesha (I hope that’s spelled right) was amazing! She helped me find the perfect perfume & took her time testing them with me. She was very sweet & such a great help. By far the best experience I’ve had at Sephora!

For a business that is new to the store, Sephora at Kohl’s in Austin Landing has a long way to go in customer service!
Two separate days I walked into their section and was not acknowledged whatsoever. The first day I had to go to the register where sales staff was chatting and ask for assistance. I had several questions but after I asked where a product was located, the clerk went back to the register to chat.
Made me wonder what has happened to customer service. I don’t know where it is, but I know where it isn’t.
Also I feel they should at least walk around and familiar themselves with their products. They knew nothing about certain ones.

This Sephora is a mess. They are often out of products and things are disheveled. Customer service is poor.

Maybe don’t complain about customers walking in when you close in 10 minutes directly in front of them. It’s Christmas Eve some people need to get last minute gifts. Talked to me in a really rude tone that were closing soon as i was literally standing in line. I’ve worked in customer service too i understand it’s annoying but have the decency to at least not complain like that in front of people.
