At CVS on Main Street I had a great experience during check out with Randal. It was almost closing time and he was very friendly and made the checkout process easy and quick. He applied my coupons and informed me of others. We had a nice conversation about couponing. Great employee!

BEST and fastest pharmacy I have ever used. Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and patient!

I had previously given this location a 1 star due to medication issues. Since then, I've gotten to know the staff and learned some CVS policy and yeah, they are seriously overworked with too much heaped on their shoulders. I don't like how in today's business, executives with no medical training or real world medical experience dictate how medical professionals have to do their business. They need more staff, both pharmacists and techs, but that's not something they can control....it's up to the big cats and shareholders.

After that rant, yeah, the pharmacists are very nice, the techs are awesome, they do their best to help. Now pharmacists also have to act as nurses, but aren't given extra time needed to do nursing duties, so there ya are. Meds get delayed occasionally, but again, they aren't magicians who can speed up corporate nonsensery who are trying to make more money.

I just got my Vaccine, my insurance was not listed on the website. I walked into the store they helped me out and I was still able to schedule my appointment. I had my son with me who was not too happy to be there. The other techs kept him happy with stickers and we're just interactive with him (right next to me) while I got my shot done. They found my insurance no issues, less stress for me there and being a phlebotomist they did a really great stick. The only reason I actually don't fill my meds at CVS is they don't carry a brand of medicine I need generic. Otherwise I would be going to them each month instead of dealing with the headaches I have to deal with at Kroger. They really are a good pharmacy.

Erika from CVS pharmacy in Richmond was wonderful!! She was very patient and the most helpful. Truthfully, I’ve never received such great service from a pharmacy the way she provided excellent service for me today. Thank you, Erika, for being so understanding and generous!

The CVS on main did not have a medication we needed however they told me how to find it and then sent the prescription to the pharmacy that did have it. This was done in less than an hour. Since this was a prescription for my small grandchild I was so pleased with how quickly and easily this situation was taken care of. Top marks to CVS!

Excellent service from the pharmacy department at this store: prompt, courteous, pleasant, professional and above all knowledgeable! They have a really dedicated pharmacist who seems to be up-to-the-minute with every bit of detailed information on every one of my prescription, and their head technician Camille is a gem.

So professional and more like a family. I thought it might be harder to get in with the new store but it is better and easier to get in and out. Friendly faces and genuine care. Dinamo!
