Great place!!!

Ok, I have to update this review. 5 months ago everything was GREAT at this Target. Today, not so much. I am sure they haven't dusted in years. I couldn't stop sneezing and sniffling in the women's department by the t-shirts, and I was trying to figure out what happened. Well, I found out!!!

Great Store in the associates were very friendly and helpful when I was trying to shop for the items that I needed. The prices were very cheap and affordable. I shopped the local store brand because they taste just as great as the name brand and they also make my entire family happy.

One of the best locations. The parking lot was safe and secure. The store is always organized and clean. The lines do become long but the cashiers are fast and efficient. We never wait long.

I love the Memphis East Target. Anytime of the day I can walk in and out with the items I need.

Very cold day today and i had my dog with me , and couldn’t leave her in the vehicle with heat running (we are in Memphis you can’t expect me to leave my car running ) so I brought her in with me and all the employees were super understanding and nice about it!

The store got upgraded recently, and the pick-up service is way faster and more accurate than any other nearby by stores. Many times items go out of stock pretty fast. Customer service at this location is also better.

Had to run in and get a few items. Self checkout is quick without a bunch of distractions.

I couldn't ask for a more cleaner store than this one. Every associate I engaged with questions; all had an answer of where I could find an item. Not one acted like they could care less about me. One even walked me to it as it wasn't near where we were. Even the cashier was nice and personable. Didn't even raise a few when I messed up paying with my debit card. Just chuckled along with me. This is my go to Target store going forward. Keep up the great work.

Watchful and pleasant pharmacy employees quickly helped with our questions. We returned shortly to their department with more questions, and their patience with our questions was much appreciated. At the self-checkout is where a supervisor/manager's communication made us feel especially grateful for this store's obvious commitment to being patient with (especially older) customers. His helpfulness was alert and quick, and both his manner and demeanor had us feeling
especially good walking out of the store.

Good customer service and huge stock.

Target is the place to shop. I’ve never had a bad experience until today. I was in Electronics asking for assistance and the young man told me that they didn’t have item without checking to see. I told it showing that you have 3 on line. He said we don’t have them. He walk away laughing and talking to another employee. I left the store. I decided to order on line. My order was ready for pickup within 30-45 minutes at the same store. Went back on line and it’s showing 2 left in stock. The is always 1 rotten apple to try to spoil the whole basket. I still love Target!!

I must give kudos TO TARGET for making my online order and pickup experience, a pleasurable one. Rather than go and do the shopping myself, I placed my order and in no time at all, I received an email letting me know that it was ready to be picked up. Friendly associates brought my items to my vehicle and loaded them inside. I could not have asked for more.

Absolute favorite store to shop at! Clean and it’s always help when needed!

Target is very helpful, and just a go to store.

The general merchandise associate/cashier Taylor was amazing. She recommended products based on what i expressed as my needs and wants. She even assisted with helping me find the products. She was courteous, professional, and a breath of fresh air with her bright bubbly personality.

I stopped by target optical to get my glasses adjusted. I have been seeing the ophthalmologist here for a while now and I have yet to have a bad experience. The guys that work the front counter are very attentive and friendly ALWAYS! Thanks for that.

I visited the customer service desk tonight because my Target RedCard wouldn’t work. The young lady and young man that helped us were AMAZING. I just want to say thank you Target and keep being awesome. I wish I would have gotten their names but I was literally too in awe. I checked out 2.2.22 around 9:35pm, so whomever those two associates were, deserve a raise.

Love it. No complaints none whatsoever.

Feb 14th Tech Associates were outstanding in their assistance with my purchase of a Tracphone Flip. The young man appeared to be the Lead in this busy department. Very knowledgeable, patient and overseeing all were promptly waited on. His attention to my issue was awesome. His young Associate was also helpful. Kudos to this young man. A real life saver to this 80 year old woman.

This isn’t a review: This is a eulogy for my AirPods. I lost 1 airpod and the case in there last week (Emily’s AirPods) and didn’t have time to look for them. I’ll miss you buddy 💔
