I came in towards the end of the day at about 7:30 p.m. The staff nonetheless was very helpful and assisted me in determining and finding the product that I needed!

Not by any stretch the cheapest way to get electronics, but at least it's local and usually the employees are knowledgeable and helpful. I for one am glad they exist, and they have a good range of items in stock.

This is a full service Best Buy that is well staffed with friendly service. Plenty of parking including an underground garage. Geek Squad installed a wall mounted TV and sound bar for me in a professional manner. Recent gaming PC purchase was a great experience (good deal after much research online for lower priced custom builds). Public restroom. Handicap friendly.

I drove up here to pick up a new cell phone for my lady and they were the only store that had one available. I did an online pickup order, it was flawless. Showed up, showed I.D. , and 60 seconds later i was walking out the door with the new phone. Staff was friendly and efficient. Great location, clean store, Beat buy should be proud of this location based off of my experience

Had what I needed. Very clean store and the staff was helpful too.

I had two separate appointments with the service guys! The first guy helped me diagnose the issue, get the part number, and even cleaned my laptop fan as a benefit of the doubt. The second appointment I had was quick and fast and he resolved the issue within minutes. I don't remember either of their names as it was a couple months ago, but shout-out to both of them!

Park City's Best Buy is excellent. I crashed my drone, ordered new propellers online, drove over 20 minutes later, and picked them up at the pick-up desk. Fantastic. On top of all that, they have their very own parking underneath the store.

Khan and Cooper made my day with their outstanding customer service. They are the two kindest soulds i have ever laid my eyes on. They fixed my phone screen free of charge and were so charming and handsome. I think im in love. Definitely making another appointment just so I can get a chance to speak to them again.

Best Buy came in clutch this time. I needed a couple of last minute things for Christmas. I ordered them on the app, found a location that had them in stock, and then picked them up the same day within a few hours.
I got a Klipsch center speaker for my sound system, a new computer for my daughter, and a couple of charging cords that were out of stock everywhere else.

Bought a new Sony lens.
It was ordered online and was waiting for me as advertised.
Nice store.

The staff is the best I've experienced from best buy. They are laid back and let you shop without bothering and pressuring you to hurry and buy something. Willing to help if you need it though! My fav best buy in the state!

Great store but the underground parking was weird without good directions. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Picked up a TV that was out of stock everywhere else in the SL area.

Excellent place to get all your electronics helpful staff especially faieez in geek squad helped me to apply for their card with great deal.

Just purchased a 65” TCL Roku TV, installed two days ago and it is not working. I bought extra care package as well. I have been on hold for over 31 minutes, and the only appointment they will give me is next Saturday the 13. (Over a week wait for a brand new TV, currently I have just one) Good by Best Buy, and I had at least $10,000 more electronics to buy.
UPDATE: I drove to the actual store and my experience was a 5 star! The sales people couldn’t have been more helpful. Don’t waste your time calling, you are just talking to a call center located somewhere on the globe.

We had purchased an open-box washer at another Best Buy location. The washer flooded our house! We took it back to the Park City Best Buy. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of. They even sent four employees out to make sure that the washer (it was heavy) was in our vehicle. We expected to have issues with the exchange, but they made it pleasant.

We replaced our TV - Went to Best Buy Park City and found the sales staff to be very professional and spent the time to explain all the seemingly endless options on today's TV. We even got the "best price" guarantee as they looked for the same TV at other stores and matched that price.
The Geek Squad installed and set up our remotes and they were awesome. On time and very informative. Highly recommend.
