Visited this place to acquire a log splitter recently. The overall experience was truly exceptional! The gentleman not only assisted me in loading the hefty log splitter into my truck but also exhibited utmost friendliness.

This is my tot store. I have bought a lot of stuff at multiple locations, for mulitple programs.

David the store manager went above and beyond! We had an issue with a BBQ with poor customer service and he stepped in and made it right! Wow super impressed with his management and customer service skills. He made us customers for life! Well done! You are what management should be. Thank you for going above and beyond it was appreciated!!

Changing my review to five stars due to one employee at the store. His name is Nathan (I think he may work in flooring or tile), he helped me with everything he could, and the things he couldn’t help me with he found someone who was able to. I was extremely impressed with his help and his good attitude!

I shop here weekly. My number one complaint is service while shopping. The majority of the time I have to run all over to the store just to find somebody to ask a question to. Once I do find them majority of the time they can’t help me with my simple questions. I have never been approached to see if I have a question. Often times I just want to be pointed in the right direction I don’t even have specific questions. The workers on the floor as a whole seem unfriendly. Perhaps I have just ran into a few bad apples and everyone else is great. After three months of shopping here weekly for work it’s bugged me enough to write a review.

Helpful staff and organized warehouse, just about anything and everything you need and way cheaper than a Lowe’s😫

Ordered online. They emailed updates and arrival time. Much foot work for a $35 item. The store is very impressive too.

This was a very pleasant trip to The Home Depot. This particular store is very well kept, stocked and the employees here were extremely helpful. It's sad to notice that employees that are happy, helpful (without seeming like you just interrupted their day by asking a question about where something is located) and actually doing their job without an attitude makes the biggest difference but between that and a clean, organized store that started my day off on the right foot. I enjoyed my trip to this store very much and will likely be going well out of my way next time to go to this store again.

I would like to thank both Orion and Kade in the garden department for extraordinary attention when I experienced a problem with newly purchased weed cutter. Such customer care is rare in this day of automation. Orion and Kade exchanged the defective equipment as well as assembling it.

I made a "rookie mistake" and ordered the wrong refrigerator for my condo. The door swing was wider than the space it needed to fit. I spoke with the Bryan (manager) on the phone and he offered numerous options. Working together I was able to get the refrigerator returned and leave the store with the perfect size. Bryan is the best employee I have ever worked with in all my years shopping at Home Depot. He listened, was empathetic to my issue and solved with a supportive customer service attitude and beaming smile. I will return to Home Depot and seek his guidance for future projects and will stay a loyal customer of the Park City store.

This is a good Home Depot. The parking lot has a lot of pot holes that will hopefully be fixed soon. The parking lot is also a little tricky to navigate. The store itself is great with friendly, helpful people. Side note-- There are a lot of dogs that come with their people. If you're a dog person, great. If you have dog allergies, go to Ace Hardware in Heber.

I have been to A LOT of Home Depots the Customer service here is AMAZING! We were in the Electrical department looking for wiring ect. The gentleman there was busy yet took time away (with a smile) numerous times to help us, the layman electrition. Others were just as helpful.

Not much to say here. It is Home Depot but even though there is a company policy against dogs in the store, this one seems to turn a blind eye to customers with pooches.

While like most home depo with a great selection and wide variety of items to choose from I must point out that in all my visits the staff have always been kind and courteous with positive attitudes ! Helpful when needed and always willing to help you find just what you need

Wyatt Wilde made my day and got me back to loving home depot, out of the 7 home depot empoyees i encountered on this journey he was the only one to show me respect the whole time and go above and beyond to make sure i stay a happy and loyal customer.
I bought a Milwaukee set on the 29th of November in parkcity paid cash and the haxsaw battery was sticking from the day I, i didnt like the reviews i read all in all i wasn't satisfied with the tools so after the first day started looking for the receipt in my spare time. I was unable to find the receipt so I looked up their store policy saw that I had 30 days visited my local West Jordan home depot everything was going fine up until the end I got red flagged at that point they acted as if i had stolen the item and told me to call this number that was closed. Calling that line the next day i soon realized they could do nothing to resolve my issues. So i went back into the same home depo with my girlfriend and the assistant manger was rude and they stated they donot do returns with out receipts when asked about store policy on there sign and website she reluctantly attempted to return items then suddenly stopped when my girlfriend qent to use her id on the return and came back and told me it had been over 90 days since i bought the set (i have verified in text and with coworkers exact date purchased) so i left this home depo upset, not satisfied and being called a liar and looked at like i stole the item, i then visited 2100 south home depo and with a similar result as the west jordan, my issue was not resolved and the guy qorking the register like at west jordan " im not calling you a thief but this item was stolen and we cant return it. At this point i was beyond mad i called the park city home depo and had the honor of speaking with Wyatt Wilde to give him the exact time and day and register i made the purchase he could not solve my issue right away becuse i paid cash referred me to the Milwaukee sales rep, knowing this wasn't what i wanted he spoke to everyone he could and called me back with a solution i am now very satisfied getting my rigid 500 set from home depo in park city. I wrote this book because I really feel the store manager in West Jordan and the employees I encountered could learn a lot from Wyatt you showed me respect he made me feel important and he resolved my issue..
