I had the perfect experience at valley discounts at Glendale. I was helped by Shauna who was able to get me a 50 dollar discount on a patio set that I bought for my mom as a gift for Mother’s Day! She was very helpful and had the best customer service I have experienced in a long time.

I have visited VD in several occasions, and every single time I get excellent customer services. I have also done purchases by phone and the services is excellent as well. When picking up the staff is very attentive and helpful. No matter how busy they can be they always make sure every customer is taken care of and it is helped as they needed. A young gentleman helped us and it was just him as it was closing time he managed to help us load and in between he would go checkout other customers or/and answer their questions. I didn’t get his name but to him and all VD staff thank you for all that you do, your work and dedication to us customers is much appreciated.

What a great store! My friend and I were driving around all day to various stores, looking for a pop-up canopy for my daughter’s farmers market coffee roasting business. I never knew this place existed, but as we were driving by, I caught it out of the corner of my eye, and we decided to go in.
First of all, every single employee in this store is super friendly and super helpful. It’s clear that they really enjoy what they do. We didn’t find what we were looking for, but as we were leaving, I had the pleasure of meeting, Mayan. She asked if there was anything specific I was looking for. I told her what I was looking for and she told me to come back tomorrow that they would have some out. I explained that I needed it today and she took me in the back, unwrapped a pallet, found exactly what I needed, and even carried it out to the car.
I am a seasoned shopper… lol… And it was so refreshing to receive such amazing customer service.
This store has a huge variety of products from tools, furniture, fixtures, etc. please check it out. You never know what you can’t live without!
