Big 5 Sporting Goods

They are nice. Great selection. One lady a manager regional or something was rude. But the guys are nice.

Joshua and Joseph were super helpful from the second we walked into the door! Awesome customer service! Awesome people! You don’t get customer service anywhere like you do here anymore!

Needed knee high socks for the gym to dead lift. I prefer soccer sock since they are easier to slide over my calves then dedicated brands for lifting. Walked into Big 5 and was greeted by an employee immediately. Asked where I could find soccer socks in the largest size possible. Employee led me over to the correct aisle. Found just what I was looking for at a great price. I was out the door in under five minutes. Would recommend Big 5 for good deals.

The greatest staff. They were fun. We went in for fishing pole and we had to tell us some good fishing story's. 🎣 Some big ones. Good value shopping. I will be back with some of my own story's.

Had an excellent selection, looking for football cleats, but didn't quite have. It is baseball season I understand that. They also remodeled the store and it appears bigger

Had exactly what we needed and at a reasonable price.

Great service at the Glendale,AZ location. The store was well stocked as well. I went in to find snow boots and some gloves and the associate there went above and beyond to try and help me find what I was looking for. When we learned they didn’t have the specific item I wanted, they gladly checked inventory of other stores near by and gave me a list of the locations that had it.

It was also seamless to utilize the coupons I had to apply towards my purchase as well. Easy and efficient experience.

Finally convinced my son that he needed cleats for his flag football the day before his game. Went to "D's" Sporting Goods and they had nothing except for expensive ones that weren't worth it. Went to Big 5 and not only did they have some available, but plenty of options for sizes, colors and less expensive then D's. And the employees were quick to approach and show us where the items we needed were for other stuff. Next time I'll just stop there 1st for sports options.

Great store friendly helpful staff

Good place for everything outdoors. It's conveniently located for me and they have some really good sales. Smallish in size but makes it easier to find what you are looking to buy. They don't have quite the selection but again convenience is better to me. I hate crowds. Went on black Friday almost as the sales were going to end and still found everything I was looking for still on the shelf and found the items fast. I was in and out in like 15 minutes

Anela and Dalila were very helpful! Even a little short staffed they kept a calm and positive attitude which was very much appreciated! They called other locations to try to find some shoes we were looking for. Very nice thank you!

Big 5 was not a sports store that I had frequented but due to a poor customer service experience at another sporting goods store we decided to stop in and see if they had what we were looking for and let's just say I was blown away by the friendliness and knowledge of the staff at this location. They helped us make an informed decision and had what we needed in stock. Let's just say this will be our first stop next time we need a sporting goods store.
