Kroger Supermarket

The cashier Ashlyn made my son’s day! She gave him $2 of her own money as a birthday gift! That was so sweet. She deserves a raise and all the praise.

Customer service over the phone is the best especially the MEAT DEPARTMENT I called in reference to finding a particular meat and I wanted to know if they had it in stock
Travis in the meat department answered very respectful and went to check to see if the item was in stock and recommended a great time for me to come . Best customer service huge thanks to Travis !!!!

I'm from Rochester NY and we don't have a Kroger. It's the best dam grocery store I've ever been in. It's clean has a great atmosphere fresh fruit and food and the staff is top notch.

I have been going to this Kroger on and off for almost 20 years and it has been just OK. Not sure if it was the time of day or if something has changed but it is so much better. People were very friendly more helpful than they’ve ever been and just a different atmosphere. Kroger if there have been changes made at this location, they are working!

Here almost everyday...Ran into AEW Superstar Darby Allen. Amazing store and always clean. Management is Great as well. Love Shopping here.

When checking out some of my items didn’t come up with the correct price and Unique assisted right away! Turns out I didn’t scan the digital coupons. She quickly helped me find the items in the app on my phone and rescanned my Plus card! Thanks Unique for providing great customer service on a busy Saturday afternoon!

The store is good inside perfect however there’s a guy that will sit in the parking lot this happened to me today me and my friend where getting out the car she told me to go check her parking the guy was watching me and as we were about to go the guy tried to call me to his car please be aware of ur surroundings I couldn’t take a picture of him because i just wanted to get out of there.

This Ga Kroger was great.
All the whole plant based fresh foods, Ezekiel bread muffins and good wholesome foods that eat to be well.

Busy, but always in and out, no problem, clean inside and the parking has handicap spaces

Shelves were well stocked. Clean and organized. In and out quickly. Cashier was very polite.

Well it's the holidays and we are planning Christmas dinner. This year we agreed on hen instead of turkey. I called the store and asked for the meat dept. I had a couple questions since I have never prepared hen. A very polite man name Greg answered the phone. He diligently listened to all my questions, as well as providing very detailed answers. Within minutes I was on my way to go pick our Christmas hen. Without Greg's assistance I probably would of cooked our regular turkey. Employees like Greg providing exceptional customer service make shopping experiences definitely worth repeating. I'm thankful he truly showed genuine interest and takes pride in his job. He went above in beyond going to check weights, fresh/frozen, prices, package color, quantity & even location so he could let me know exactly where to find them when I got there. I typically frequent this location and this particular experience lightened my load this holiday season. (I did not meet Greg when I got to the store but I wanted you all to know one of the outstanding employees that work in our community)

Today I went in to this location, when I got off work and went through self check out. I got home and unpacked the groceries and thought I think I’m missing something but couldn’t figure it out until I started cooking dinner and found out I was missing some stuff. I called the service desk where Mrs Erika kindly checked for me to see if anyone had turned in my bag. She stated yes, I went in, no long line, and my experience getting my stuff was so pleasant, from her! Also I did a store pick up the other day and I wanted to say that Isaiah, I think was his name was the k oh associate there for pickup, but he was so kind, and got me out of there nice and face. Thank you for the excellent customer service to the both of you. I work in retail, and it’s hard to find good customer service now a days. So I like to leave great reviews when I feel it deserves it . ❤❤❤

Customers services has always been good. This store is heavily populated with shoppers all the time, and prices are great. The guy in produce(sorry, I can't remember his name) is over whelming. Does he ever have a bad day. In fact all produce employees are great. There's no attitude when I ask if there is more of what is on sale. Please keep up the good work. "Customer Service" is one of my pet peeves. Thank you.

I have been shopping at this location for years. This review is long overdue. Even after moving to Hampton I still return to shop at your location because it has the best customer service of all! From the gentlemen in the meat departent who are always eager to answer any questions or offer help, to the checkout people at the front who are always speedy and friendly, they are all wonderful. Mrs. Alicia in the bakery department is a jewel, always so helpful and nice! Wonderful selection and staff make this my favorite store to shop at :-)

Management is superb. Lines can be pretty long at times but management is ALWAYS accommodating, supportive, ready and willing to help. Makes a huge difference in the shopping experience. Mr Chastian always helps me and provides unparralled customer service. Definitely applaud the management staff! 👏

Every attendant was courteous and helpful. Produce was fresh and there were a good amount of variety to the food. However, the aisles are a bit small...so it can become cramped. I know Kroger can't do much about it though :/

If ur ever in the Kroger on Jonesboro Rd, stop by the plant department and speak with Ms. Mary! She is an absolute joy! Friendly, knowledgeable and loves to laugh! She’s sure to give you a warm hug and a huge smile! Thank you so much Ms. Mary! ❤ (Yes, I bought the Hoya macrophallya! 🤗)

I enjoy the price's, and the shelves are always stocked, seafood is always fresh!
**side note : I visited the deli area for 3 subs and you would have thought I had hurt someones feelings! the staff was very rude, I I asked for oil and vinegar only to have someone say "will this do"? I wasblike what? Clean I didn't realize I didn't have vinager on my sub
