The UPS Store

There are boxes you can rent to have mail sent to. They also accept UPS drop-offs and help you ship packages through UPS. They sell boxes of various sizes and have packing material and other packing supplies for purchase. They have computer and printing services on site, and the staff is helpful. They normally have a notary on site but its always best to call in advance.

The location is on the smaller side, but they are pretty efficient, and wait times are normally quick.

I have used this store frequently the last 15 months and everyone has been helpful professional and patient.

I frequently use the UPS store at Corner Lakes. I have always had good service and the associates behind the counter are knowledgeable and polite. But, it gets better. There is an exceptional individual and her name is Tatiana. She goes out of her way to assist and be helpful. She is so efficient and never gets flustered. She works so hard and lifts whatever she has to. I am so impressed by her. After a 41 year management career, if I still had need for managers I would offer her a great career. Seldom, do you see young people with the work ethic, dedicated to purpose, respect and a servant heart as she.

I came to the store because one of my customers from my store purchased a lifesize
4 feet statue and he needed it shipped to Colorado. I was panicking because I had never done anything like that before I tried to pack it myself after getting a box from home Depot but I could not get it secured. I showed up to the UPS store and Kyle helped me pack it up and box it. He was very careful, attentive and genuine and I will return to this location again!

This is a good store. They are always friendly and helpful even when they are extremely busy. They also have a notary available for a reasonable price.

Despite what the previous reviews said, I had a very pleasant experience in there the entire staff treated me and they all had a great sense of humor I really enjoyed my visit.
